< 3 miles to Downtown, Hot tub and Firepit / Cabin

The house was stocked with everything you needed. The hot tub and gas fireplace were very nice for the cold weather. Beds are comfy too!

Stay a while exceeded every expectation. The property was very clean and kept up well. The beds were very soft and extremely comfortable.The outdoor areas were great the fire pit and the hot tub were amazing!!We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our family (of 7) traveled to Elijay for the Apple Festival and to do some hiking. This home was perfect! It was very close to town and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub and sit around the camp fire every evening. The beds were so cozy and most important the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay!

A friend and I decided it was time to escape to the coolness of the mountains and we found the perfect house! It was ideally located close enough to Ellijay to make downtown visits easy, and tucked up the hill just far enough away from town to make it quiet and peaceful. I brought my dog, Pigh, and she was surprised by a deer and fawn, intrigued by chickens next door. We traveled up to Blue Ridge one afternoon but really enjoyed Ellijay a little bit more. And we got to visit two orchards so we were able to bring home some apples and some apple sauce. All in all, a lovely break made all the more wonderful by the StayAWhile cabin.Ashley was all you could want in a hostess - there if we needed her, but not an imposing presence. My friend loved the hot tub!

We had an amazing time, the cabin was clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the hot tub after returning from our outings for the day. We definitely hope to be able to come back one day.

We stayed here from 19 to 21st June. Our first drive up to the home has a hideaway feel. We explored the house first and noticed how clean and tidy it was. The living room was cozy which felt nice to have all of us together after crazy schedules. The bedrooms were all well appointed and have lots of closet and drawer space. The bedroom with the bunk beds is super cute. The hot tub was a hit!

Very nice home. Well kept. Owner was very effective in communicating throughout the entire process. Only negative was the gravel road leading to the property but the owner makes it known in the post. It wasn't awful at all, just, obviously, you would prefer a paved road. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful area.

This home was perfect for our family! Lots of space to spread out. Hottub was perfect to relax in at night. Yard was a great place for kids to explore and dog to hang out. We had a great time staying here!

From the time I booked the house until we checked out, the whole process was amazing! We arrived and everything was clean, neat and the beds were super comfy! Based on the size of the house, next time, we will invite a few more folks…can’t wait!!!

We came from Pennsylvania to stay with our son’s family from Woodstock. Very comfy for 4 children and 4 adults.! We loved the spa and fire pit. Our outing was to Hucks Lost Mine where they found lots of special gems and had fun identifying them.

Ashley and Chad were very attentive hosts. We had a few bumps along the way and they did what they could to resolve it. Quiet neighborhood overall. Roosters nearby do their thing. Ellijay is quaint and enjoyable.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as we visited the north Georgia Mountains. The house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owner was extremely easy to work with!

Everything was as advertised. House was secluded and private and we had a great time. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we were pleasantly surprised by a king sized master bed. The fire pit and hot tub were nice as well. We definitely hope we get the chance to stay here again.
