Recently awarded New Cabin of the Month, this stunning property features a babbling creek and a picturesque waterfall, providing a serene backdrop for your stay. The hot tub, perched high above the trees, offers the ultimate relaxation spot, while the outdoor fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. For a peaceful, nature-inspired retreat, Heavenly Timbers is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin just north of Hochatown. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin with a total of 6 dogs allowed. A pet fee of $150 per cabin is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON YOUR WOODLAND ESCAPE ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem. While the peace and privacy are unmatched, vacationing in the woods comes with a few natural quirks:
- Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests.
- The Bug Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts. These woodland friends are simply part of the forest experience.
- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared.
- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
