Stayed Oct 10, 2025The house was comfortable, and we especially loved the hot tub and pool table. The host was extremely responsive to our needs, which made our stay even better. The only downside was that the bed downstairs sinks a bit in the middle. Just a heads-up — the roads leading to the property are quite winding, so be prepared for that drive!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This was a great place. It does have a lot of stairs. It was very clean and stocked. I do wish there were curtains in the bedrooms instead of just blinds. And the tvs aren't smart. They only have cable. I'm used to steaming. We did see a bear and the neighbors are close. It has very narrow, curvy roads to get to it but kept cell service and Google maps the entire way. We had a great time! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful slice of heaven.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We had a great trip and fantastic time at this property. Lots of bears visit daily. Hot tub was great! Balcony for viewing is great to get all of the pictures that you want of the bears that come through the property. Great quiet location! You won't be disappointed.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This property was so amazing!! We had an incredible time. The home is very beautiful and worth every single penny!! The property was very well kept and very clean. The set up in the house was perfect for my husband and our 2 teens and baby. The second day there a mama and 3 cubs and her yearling came up on the porch to visit!! It was amazing! Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg are very close and a pretty easy drive. We had an absolutely amazibg vacation and this home made it so perfect!! We will be back!! Thanks Diane for everything!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023We enjoyed the house. One issue was handled quickly with Host. Management company was great also. I love to grill out but the grill is not suited well for doing so. We loved hanging out in the hot tub. Easy drive to Downtown. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022The house was great! It was exactly how it is pictured and big enough for 6 adults that were on my trip. We saw about 2 bears while we were out there. You definitely have to drive on some windy roads in the mountains so be prepared for that. Other than that it was a great location.
