1 car in front of sheep pen (100–150 ft walk to home) Additional parking available near cabin 1, please request ahead of time.
After you park, it is about 150 Ft walking distance on path to Tiny Home 4
No WiFi – unplug and reconnect with nature
No smoking, no parties, no pets (due to animals on site)
Texas Water Note:
Due to natural sediment, tap water in Texas may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.
Pest control notice
We use professional pest control, but minor pest activity may occur between cleanings.
️ Trash
Trash bags may be disposed of in the dumpsters near Cabin 1 forest line.

✅ Per Guest Fee
When booking...please provide the correct # of adults and children to get an accurate price. We employ the common practice of charging a guest fee per person to offset the utilities of the home.
