We really enjoyed the cabin! It’s located in a great location. The kitchen is beautiful and modern! The host was wonderful and quick to respond. Perfect for a family! Super cozy and just what you want for a family get away

Cabin was cute, clean & easy to find. Close to shops, restaurants, Donner Lake & tons of outdoor activities. Host was responsive & communicated check in & all pertinent info well.

Our family of 7 had a great stay! The hot tub was a plus factor and the place is close to everything! Also, Karen was so quick to reply and answered all my questions.

We had a great stay for our 20th wedding anniversary! Cabin was great & communication with owners was fabulous.

Cozy cabin in a great part of Donner. We enjoyed the nearby walking trails (gorgeous) and our dog was in heaven. Nice proximity to Trout Creek and Truckee - quiet street. House was well appointed, certainly lived in, communication with property manager was top notch.

Very nice lodging only a 10 minute drive from the lake and downtown Truckee. Perfect for our summer getaway with a spacious backyard and hot tub. Got to see a cute bear :)

Karen was a wonderful hostess! She responded to our important questions and concerns quickly and made us feel very welcome in her home. Everything was clean and well cared for, with all the basic amenities you would hope to find. The hot tub was a definite favorite. Lots of light from the front windows, plenty of books and games. We brought a small dog with us and she was right at home in the cabin. Our car even fit in the garage.

Wonderful locations for a family focused snow trip. Easy communication with host and a beautiful space to relax during a winter storm. Will definitely be coming back here with my family.

We had a great stay with extended family. Nice comfortable house and everything we needed to enjoy the snow. The owner/manager was extremely responsive to questions and provided us with extra information about the snowy weather and plowing status. Only minor complaint is that there were some dirty dishes and pots.

Great communication from the host. Kids loved the trails from the backyard and hot tub.

Our stay was in late October weather was absolutely beautiful— clear and bright our whole weekend. Cabin is welcoming and warm.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s house . She was extremely easy to talk to and responded right away . Very friendly host . The house had a wonderful hot tub and we really enjoyed having coffee on the front porch . The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfy . Great location too .

This home was clean and well set up for guests. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need for cooking. The location was good on a private road. Someone else wrote that it was by a busy road. I didn’t find that to be a problem as the busy road is as far enough. My only complaint would be that there was no space for us to put our dry goods.

Had a great time at the z cabin with my family!

The house inside temp was 88 degrees when we arrived & no way to cool it down. The windows in the bedrooms do not open & the screens on the exterior bedroom doors allow moths to enter. We were not able to sleep & left first thing after one night although we paid for 2. The housekeeper told us she reported the heat issue to the owners. The decks were not clean & had heavy tree pollen.

Very nice cabin, everything clean and as stated. Was quite warm, but you can't control the weather. Fans were provided.

Beautiful location in Truckee. Close to shopping and activities. Cabin was spacious with lots of windows and amazing views.

This was the perfect retreat for our family of two adults and two young kids. Cabin has everything you need, owner was incredibly responsive, and hot tub jets were nice and strong. You can tell it’s a place where many happy memories have been created, and it just created some for us. I’m sure it will for you too.
