Communication was excellent and the place exceeded our expectations. Everything we could have needed was available, beds were comfortable, and location was convenient to town and Ski Cooper. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees to make it feel more secluded.

Such a warm welcoming place. Very comfortable for groups of 4-6. Really hoping I get the chance to stay here on my future snowboarding trips

Cabin as advertised. Well-maintained. Clean. Instructions were detailed. Everything you would need is inside the cabin. Convenient to local mountain town, shops, restaurants. Owner was very responsive to questions. Comfortably fits 6 (2-couples and 2-singles). Great location, just 30 mins from I70 (In good road conditions). Highly recommend.

A very affordable stay in Leadville. Perfect for our party of four adults.

This was a great location near the mountain hikes we wanted to do on our trip. Lots of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Plenty of towels/linens and cooking equipment. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out very easy.

We stayed in this beautiful cabin while skiing and enjoying activities around Leadville. The cabin was well appointed, clean and warm, and just a short ride out of town. The beds were extremely comfy, and the kitchen had everything needed for everything from sandwiches to a home cooked meal, although we found it easier to eat out generally. Dan was prompt on messaging for any questions and I would not hesitate to re-book when in this area. Leadville is a beautiful little town, and the surrounding area is a great place top explore whether by Xcountry ski or snow-bike in the winter to motorcycling in the summers. Thanks Dan for helping to make our little vacation a great memory!

Leadville and this location are fantastic places for a snowboard trip. Avoid I 70 and have access to multiple resorts within an essy hour drive!

This was a great cabin which is only minutes from downtown Leadville. It is like a snap shot from the 70's with a cozy feel. Check in and out was easy, and included all the amenities which you need. Listing was accurate. A couple quirks as well as dated carpet due to being an older home, and internet is fairly slow (avg 4mbs) but doable. It was perfect for our needs.
