#23 Beneath The Stars:HOT TUB, Beach 10 mins to Rocker B!

The spot was wonderful. Everything was top notch! My only complaint, and I won’t ruin the rating for it, was the master bedroom mattress. It was NOT comfortable. We loved everything else about our stay 10/10 would recommend.

GREAT property with view of Possum Kingdom from lower and upper balconies! We were there for a high school bass tournament and it was awesome being minutes from a 6:00 AM launch. Having the Trading Post super close as it is a great small market! Super clean and host was very quick with responses! Definitely stay here again!

Jordan communicated with us from our reservation until checkout. We had some unexpected thibgs come up and she was very accomodating and understanding. We loved the lakeview and enjoyed the comfort of the cabin. It was very roomy. We were were actually sad that our trip was so short.sad our trip was so short.

My husband and iI visited with our best friends, the place is perfect for 4 adults. We brought our PWC so the location was perfect! After 8 hours on the lake we relaxed by the pool, which was a nice bonus. The owner -Jordon was a gem to work! PK was amazing and can’t wait to come back!

We had a cabin in the family for over 50 years in Hogs Bend until 2011. The big fire finally got us, even though we narrowly missed ones in the previous years. I grew up there, my daughter got to enjoy it her whole life, gratefully my boy's got to enjoy it enough to remember it and miss it. We didn’t ever rebuild due to my dad having pancreatic cancer. Now, I have a grandson who will never get to enjoy it, which breaks my heart! So, staying at the retreat with my daughter and grandson was ABSOLUTELY soul serving for her and I. Just giving my grandson the idea/feeling of lake life, made my heart happy! SO THANK YOU VRBO/THE RETREAT POSSUM KINGDOM FOR AN AMAZING, CLEAN, RELAXING, AND SAFE stay in your cabin! We WILL be coming back!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and location. Check in was easy, finding the location was easy, plenty of space for the four of us. Great comfy furniture, extra blankets and cool propane fire pit on the porch. Loved the lamps with the built in usb ports for charging phones. Downside was no wash rags for showering, noisy creaking in floors so you could hear when someone was up walking around, no shades on upstairs balcony door so we had to change in the bathroom. And no where to unpack/sit my clothes, no dresser or table of any sort in bedrooms so I had to live out of my suitcase. And it rained while we were there and I wanted to sit on the back porch while it rained but the upstairs balcony leaked onto the porch below so I couldn’t. And the back porches of the retreat homes back up to one another so you can hear your neighbors like they are right there in the same home with you. All in all cute place and enjoyed my stay. Loved the decor.
