Great little place. Clean, great location in Manitou, love the creek in the back patio. Perfect for two people, 3s a crowd. Will rent again when I visit family in Colorado.

It was a great little cabin. I was a bit confused as to which of the three we rented but figured it out. Very clean and updated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful, relaxing, cosy, clean, amazing location.

When we arrived we discovered there was no ac and the temperature was 96. Called management twice and no answer. Called a third time and finally got an answer and was told we would still have to pay and we couldn't cancel. We cancelled anyway and was still charged even though policy says $50 cancellation fee. I would not mess with this place at all!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs on our way home from the Grand Canyon. Overall this place has a lot going for it, but there was a couple of let downs. Once you get inside the privacy fence, the place is like your own little private castle. The kitchen is nice and clean. The bathroom is nice and clean. The bedroom/living room was also decent. The deck area overlooking a little creek is pretty sweet. We actually watched a deer walk down the slope across the creek and drink water right in front of us. We were very disappointed that there is no air conditioning and that this wasn’t disclosed. Also the couch that folds out into a second bed looked nice at a glance but once you unfolded it all you could see was dog hair stuck between cushions. Our investment here for two nights was so little we almost just locked the door and left but we decided to stay and it worked out to the good.

My parents stayed in this cabin we rented for them for a Christmas present. Their first impression when they pulled up wasn't a good one as the front right fencing/gate on the porch was hanging down, but they loved where they were able to park. They thought the cabin was cute inside and had really nice, new appliances. However, the heat units didn't put out enough heat and the space heater on the property didn't work so they were really cold the first day. They did get a hold of the owner who contacted maintenance who ended up bringing them a really nice space heater which then helped to heat the cabin properly and they were comfortable the remainder of the trip. The heater/AC units just need to also be updated. They said the bed was really comfortable and the back porch was nice as well as the creek it was just too cold while they were there to sit outside and enjoy it. Overall they enjoyed their stay.

The cabin was in the absolute perfect location. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Would have gave 5 stars if there was a washer/dryer in the cabin

The property was clean & the creek behind was cool. It was smaller than anticipated with the bedroom/living room combo.

Cute, convenient and nicely decorated but third person has to sleep on the floor with a fold out pad. Not very suitable for older people.

Very nice cabin! The Fountain creek running through the back yard was fantastic! We spent allot of time out there just relaxing. We even had a deer stop by. One small issue was taken care of quickly. Great location.

Third time we have stayed at this cabin as always, excellent, very clean and everything you need to prepare your meals

Property was very easy to find. The second we opened the door you could smell how clean it was. The perfect amount of space for my daughter and I. Fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue when we wanted to use the microwave and we were able to communicate with Paige easily. She responded within minutes to help us out. The patio space was an absolute delight. Besides an occasional louder vehicle passing by you wouldn't even know you were in town. And with 2 other cabins on the property we thought we may not have quite the privacy we wanted but it was absolutely perfect. We ran into our neighbors in passing only on 2 mornings and everyone was delightful. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the perfect stay! We will definitely be recommending you to others!
