THE CABIN:
Just Listed. Built in 2023, our 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom Magnolia cabin defines ‘luxury living in the mountains’. Built from the ground up with most of the cabin hand-built ourselves, we’ve thought of every detail to make your Asheville vacation an unforgettable one! Every inch of this 1,700 square foot conditioned space contains quality that is unmatched to any other Asheville vacation rental. The 17-foot high spruce cathedral ceilings and beams create the perfect ambiance for everyone to enjoy. Cozy up on the luxurious La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with matching chaise or twin recliners while watching the fire dance in the remote-controlled gas fireplace. Nature is brought into the living area by the addition of several massive windows that look out onto a beautifully landscaped English-style garden and the mountains beyond. Additional living area features include a work desk (perfect for those doing a working vacation), a custom-built barn door that opens to the laundry room, and a 50” Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite show.

The kitchen and dining room have everything you will need and will impress even the stingiest of chefs. The solid oak dining table will comfortably sit six with an additional two seats at the kitchen island.

Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom feature king-sized adjustable beds and a 43” Samsung Smart TV. The master bedroom has its own private bath highlighted by a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass barn door. A second guest bath features a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The plush La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed. In total, there are 3 beds.

Walk out onto the huge wrap-around covered porch where you will find ample space to spread out and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Grill up your favorite dish or take a relaxing dip in our therapeutic 4-person hot tub! After dinner, take a relaxing stroll through our expansive 23-acre property on one of our walking trails, check out the koi pond or enjoy some yummy ‘smores at the private firepit.

Our beautiful 23-acre estate features both forest and mountain views, a large koi pond that is perfect for kids (we can even supply some koi food to feed our fish), nearby hiking trails, your own private firepit overlooking the stunning mountain landscape and much, much more! Take in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset from our overlook point, cook up some ‘smores, enjoy the beauty of the ornamental rose garden or just kick back and relax on the wraparound porch while watching the local wildlife play in the woods.

Perfectly situated in the newer South Asheville area, the Magnolia cabin is minutes away from everything in and around Asheville. You can be downtown enjoying the best restaurants and breweries in just 15 minutes or take a relaxing hike and waterfall trip in 20 minutes. Plain and simple, you will not find a cleaner home than ours! We take cleanliness to another level. Our 2-person cleaning crew exclusively works for our resort and ensures every inch of the home is spotless. Our triple-clean process ensures the cleanest vacation rental ever. Yes, even our floors get cleaned three times (vacuum, mop, and swiffer)! To take it a notch further, we triple inspect the home after the cleaning is completed. This ensures that nothing is missed. There is no other rental owner that takes as much pride in their property than us.

This luxury cabin is dog-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 WELL-BEHAVED dogs. If bringing your dog, please be sure that you have fully read, understand, and accept our policies shown in the rental agreement during the check-out process. Please message us if you have any questions.
