4 rolling memory foam cots (can be placed in bedrooms or living room)

1 small ottoman bed (best for a small adult or child)

Flexible Furniture: Living room furniture can be rearranged to fit rolling beds

Laundry: Washer & dryer located on the back porch

Neighboring Rentals:

Houseboat located in front of the lodge

Carriage House Cabin next door (private entrance & entry code)

Red River Carriage House:
Located right next to the Lodge, the Carriage House appears attached but is a separate rental with its own entrance.

Red River Bayou Boat:
Positioned in front of the Lodge by the road, this is a unique houseboat with its own fence surrounding it for privacy.

Property Features & Access

No Water Access:
The property sits 30 feet above the river, and the steep, rocky climb down is not advised. No swimming in the Red River due to its strong current and presence of alligators.

Deck & Porch Views:
Enjoy the scenic views of the river from inside the Lodge, or relax on the screened porch and deck. The view is especially lovely from the Lodge, where you can unwind and watch the surroundings.

Private Airport Nearby:
You may notice private planes flying over the river, as a private airport is just down the road.

Wildlife:
Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles flying above, as this area is home to a variety of local wildlife.

Shreveport Regional Airport is approximately 10 miles from Red River Lodge, with convenient Uber and Lyft pickup available.

Just 2 miles to downtown Shreveport, where you'll find a variety of casinos and vibrant nightlife.

Perfectly situated for both a peaceful retreat and easy access to the excitement of the city!

Pet Friendly Policy: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs, with a pet fee (no puppies under 1 & no kitty cats sorry!). Please ensure your pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea treatments, and do not disturb neighbors. Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Quiet & Central: Located on a dead-end street with easy access to downtown Shreveport, Bossier City, and the Red River
Waterside Neighborhood: Mix of homes nearby—a large house, a doublewide, and an RV across the street
Peaceful Experience: Two other rentals on the property (houseboat and carriage house) typically host only 1–2 guests each
