PET-FRIENDLY RULES

We’re excited to welcome you and your furry friends to our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these pet-friendly guidelines:
→ Dogs Only: We love all animals, but we’re only able to host dogs at the moment.
→ Maximum of 3 Dogs: To keep things cozy, we have a limit of three dogs per booking. There is a charge of $331 per stay.
→ House-Trained Pups Only: For the comfort of all guests, we ask that your dog(s) be house-trained.
→ Dogs Must Be Crated When Alone: If you leave the property without your dog(s), please make sure they’re safely crated during your absence.
→ Noise & Behavior: To keep the neighborhood happy, please ensure your dog(s) are not noisy, aggressive, or disruptive. If any concerns arise, we kindly ask that you address them immediately.
→ Clean-Up Duty: Please clean up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste promptly in designated trash areas.
→ Damage Responsibility: We trust that your furry friends are well-behaved, but if any damages occur, the booker agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
→ Hot Tub Restriction: For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in the hot tub.
→ Laundry Care: Please avoid placing dog beds or similar items in the washer or dryer.
→ Local Laws: Please adhere to all local leash laws, licensing requirements, and ordinances.

We truly appreciate your cooperation! A $250 fee may apply for each infraction of these rules, so thank you for helping us maintain a pet-friendly environment for all guests.

⚠️ IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES ⚠️

No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please keep noise to a minimum after this time.

♨️♨️ Hot Tub Rules: Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.

Safety Cameras: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in place. Tampering with these devices is not permitted.

This is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking any substances, including vaping

The cabin features multiple smart TVs. Kindly bring your own login credentials to access your favorite streaming apps.

⛰️⛰️ The final 0.1-mile stretch to the cabin is moderately steep. It might feel a bit daunting on your first drive, but after a few trips, you'll feel like a mountain pro! The roads are paved and well maintained in all seasons. If snow or ice conditions are present, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains.

️ ️ The cabin offers space for up to 4 cars right out front. Just a heads-up that the parking area is sloped/inclined.

️✈️ We highly encourage you to protect your trip with travel insurance. Please note that we cannot issue refunds due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Having travel insurance is strongly recommended in case you need to cancel outside our policy window.

The cabin features a propane gas grill. While we don't regularly check propane levels, we kindly ask guests who wish to use the grill to replace the propane tank at a nearby gas station if needed. We will reimburse you for the cost with a valid receipt.

Our cabin is part of a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional. However, due to its wooded location, occasional encounters with insects or critters may still occur. To minimize this, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed at all times.
