Very nice place. It is secluded on a narrow road. House was wonderful no complaints. The sounds of nature.

Our visit to the property was in January, two weeks after the area had received a significant amount of snow. There were no warnings ahead of time that a four-wheel drive vehicle would be the best option for access to the property. The only warning was when the lady at the check-in asked what type of vehicle we were driving and gave us a weary look when we told her what we had. The driveway to the cabin was not cleared off nearly as well as it could have been from the previous snow. The decks and outside seating areas were not cleared at all, beyond a tiny path to the hot tub. If we cannot cancel our reservation due to weather, I expect every portion of the property to be accessible, it was not. Thankfully, there was a shovel available so that we could clear the driveway better the next morning, get into town to get salt and actually get my vehicle all the way up the driveway on our return to the cabin. I sent photos via email to the property management office of damage being created by an ice damn on the gutters and received no response. I also received no response via email when asking if an earlier check in would be possible. Cleanliness was fairly decent with some small issues here and there, otherwise the cabin itself was comfortable, had everything we needed and a very beautiful view of the surrounding area. The neighbors were friendly and very helpful, especially the gentleman who was plowing snow with his gator.

Only about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, hidden in the hills. private hot tub, pool table. Definitely need to be able to traverse steps to stay as the main living space/kitchen is on the upper level.

It was so peaceful on pleasant during our stay. The accommodation were great, the only thing that would of made it better was the weather being a little warmer. We look forward to coming back here in the future.

Property was nice. Master bedroom was nice with a very comfortable mattress. Secondary guests complained of broken bed in spare bedroom. Downstairs guest complained of stiff hard mattress in pullout. The amenities were poorly communicated which caused us to unknowingly over fill a four person hot tub with six people. We then immediately contacted the renters as stated in their checklist and were potentially offered a partial reimbursement instead of the repair man coming to fix the hot tub. We checked out on Sunday then followed up on Monday morning only to receive finger pointing and blame. No reimbursement was offered at that point and the property manager was rude and condescending during confrontation.
