2 Blocks To Grand Lake: Downtown Western Cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and organized. The location was exceptional. We were very impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen was and how many other things were in the home to use. There were so many extras. We will definitely stay here again if/when we visit Grand Lake.Thank you to the host for offering such a wonderful place!

Kitchen was well stocked and location was perfect! Not as clean as we thought it would be and it smelled like dogs. Too many cloth items (pillows, throw blankets, rugs) that clearly hadn’t been washed in awhile. Overall, though, a good place to stay.

Excellent condition. Well-supplied kitchen and bedrooms. Lovely, comfortable furniture to relax on. It was conveniently located near downtown, the lake, and offered easy parking. Also a one car garage. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place to stay in grand lake- we will definitely be back! The location couldn’t be better and my kids LOVED the bunk beds! There were tons of board games and things for kids and adults so even though it rained an entire day we had plenty to do inside the house.

This is an amazingly up to date cabin with every amenity including a garage! This was our second stay here and it won’t be our last. The beds are comfortable, the living room is spacious and there are two full bathrooms which is great with a teenager.

Cozy, well-appointed cabin that is close to town! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook great meals. We had a relaxing stay there with our 3 teenagers and even decided to extend our stay by a night. Grand Lake is a really nice weekend family getaway and we would love to stay at Woodys bunkhouse again!

The property had everything we needed with a convenient location within walking distance to almost everything in town!There was 1 small issue when we areived and it was taken care of promptly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. They even had a ton of games and puzzles for the rainy spells. Would stay again.

Our overall stay was great! The cabin was very nice with the perfect location. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake (again). The Bunkhouse is basically one block from the main drag and walking to most anything takes only moments. Very nice place, well appointed and well taken care of. Will definitely rebook in the future. Thank you!

We loved our time at Woody’s Bunkhouse so much. Everything was exceptional inside the house from cleanliness to equipped kitchen to decor… perfect… and I’m finicky. The location cannot be better, 2 minute walk to the center of town and a 2 minute drive into the Park! Perfect!

The property was exactly as presented on the website. Great location with easy access to town activities. We hope to stay there again soon.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The property manager was accessible. (we requested an early check-in). It was easy to work with Evolve and extend our stay when snow storms shut down I-70. We were very happy with our stay and plan to return in the summer.

We had an absolutely amazing stay to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house is lovely and very clean. We stay at many vacation rentals each year, and this was top-notch. We hope to return soon!

Cabin was wonderful to say the least. It was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Very convenient to downtown and was able to walk everywhere while in town. Conveniently located close to the park also. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family absolutely loved this cabin. It was the perfect size for a family of 5. Very clean! Walked to town whenever we needed anything. Loved it!
