2+ Bedroom Near Beavers Been, Sleeps 8, Hot Tub, Arcade, Firepit

We loved this property and will definitely be back! It was even better than the pictures. Perfect location for peace and quiet and time with loved ones.

We had a wonderful stay! A few more kitchen appliances would have been nice and the fans would not turn off or down in the bedrooms, and the hot tub was dirty and smelled, but those are small things we worked through and we had a great time! Check in process was easy and the team always responded to me when needed. We would stay again!

Very nice property with great location and layout inside! Beautiful, spacious location. Very good amenities. Suggestions: Pillows need replaced; Better towels needed; Clean window screens; Add lights on the stairs from upper level to lower level (2 people fell coming down the stairs at night).

It was an ok stay. Toilet upstairs looks like it had been broken for a while And we were not notified prior to check in. Our kids had to come down stairs in the middle of the night to go to rest room. The game machine that was advertised was a bit disappointing for the kids and adults as well. The TVs in the bedrooms upstairs did not work properly and the living room TG kept shutting off randomly. The master bedroom shower was REALLY small!!! Made the showering very difficult for adults that are larger in size. The property was nice but the lodging was not one of our better places we have stayed.

This was our 4th year coming to Hochatown. Vino Vista was our favorite location to date. The outside is very private and peaceful. The layout is also perfect! We will book this same place in the future!

Our stay at this cabin was nice and a good fit for our group. The road getting to the cabin was not great, but that is no fault of the property owner, that's just the nature of Hochatown because it's growing so fast. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't speak to it, but everything else was great. We were close to anywhere we needed to go, especially the park which was nice. Overall, great place to stay!

Wonderful experience -great location

Stayed on the property for a mini couple getaway with friends. Everything was just as pictured and beautiful. We had a great stay. Surfaces could have been wiped down a little better from cleaning crew but other than that all was well. Would stay again.

Hot Tub, did not retain heat even when we increased the temp. Temp control didn't work...all buttons kept flashing. Filter is pretty discussting, needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Updated instructions/pictures would be helpful. Firewoood and pit, wood needs to be covered, it was wet and didn't want to light or burn. Fire pit itself needs to be cleaned out...there is a lot of ash in it. Grill, Propane tank was empty, previous guests left it open, a reminder in the book to close the tank after use would be helpful. Need Kleenex in the bathrooms need dryer sheets so towels are not so rough.

Very easy to work with owner and the house was good fit for our group. However the original listing stated 3 baths and it’s actually 2.5. Only other item is that you do meet to watch out for poison Ivy and Oak around firepit and play set area.
