Great, clean and cozy cabin for 4 adults. Lots of space and the bedrooms have the bathroom between them, so no noise issues. Horses all around and a great host! Ideal location to explore the national parks from. Highly recommended!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of six! We loved the location and the peaceful surroundings. Everything in the space was clean and anytime we had a need it was promptly met.

We spent 3 nights at the cabin over 4th of July holiday. It was very clean! The cabin was very tastefully decorated with a lovely color scheme. It felt very homey, and not like a generic hotel room. We were there for a family reunion held nearby, and I needed to prepare several food dishes. I was impressed with the well equipped kitchen. I found everything I needed to prepare my food to take to the reunion. (I did bring my own crock pot, but I’d checked with the owner before coming, who promptly replied so I knew I needed to bring that). I was also appreciative of all the hooks provided on the walls in every room. It was great to have plenty of spots to hang up jackets, wet clothes, etc… It was very spacious, and we felt like we had room to relax without being cramped by our baggage. For full disclosure, if I could change one thing in the cabin, it would have been the creaky floors. The flooring is new and nice looking, but there must have been older floor boards underneath. It was fine except at night if someone got up to use the bathroom. No matter how quiet you tried to be, others would hear the floorboards creaking. In the end, that’s just a small thing, and you could chalk it up to “rustic charm”, but wanted to share our experience in case it helps others. I can still wholeheartedly give it 5 stars and recommend it to others.

A charming duplex that, honestly, you cannot hear your neighbors! Great wrap around porch! Loved the seclusion and how dark and quiet it was every single night. We even heard coyotes yipping and howling at around 2 am - a very neat experience! We really enjoyed getting away from it all and enjoying our trip to South Dakota.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location near our daily excursions to Custer State Park. Lisa was wonderful at responding to our questions and requests. It was a lovely stay. It is close to the highway, so we could hear the traffic, but it was so pretty there, and otherwise a very quiet retreat. We loved to see the horses around us!

Our cabin was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and cool on hot days. Communication was easy and everyone on the property were so friendly. We greatly enjoyed our time spent here and will definitely come back.
