Stayed Nov 8, 2024The tiny house is not how it is pictured on Expedia. The table was replaced with a stained and firm couch. The door separating the main portion and the bathroom is still broken. We opted to use toilets NOT at this place as we had to plunger until we figured out you have to hold down the handle as it fills up as if it is clogged and then it finally starts to drain. The ladder going into the lofts move as you climb them so if you do not like climbing sketchy ladders I would recommend steering clear of this place. If you don’t plan to stay in the tiny home other than for sleeping and keeping your stuff somewhat safe, this is your place for the price. The view is amazing! There are no curtains on any of the windows so you get to see the city view whether you want to or not. If you enjoy the view outside, be careful on the deck too! It rained while we were here and there is a random slime that coats the deck and it made for a slippery fall walking out of the tiny house. All this being said, it did force us to stay out of the tiny house and adventure so that was positive.

Stayed Feb 11, 2026This tiny home has more than enough room for a small group and the view is TO DIE FOR!! Very quick to any communication, my only request would be for more blankets. House is very clean and with lots of privacy.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025clean and very cute. Some tips and complaints to add though:Beds are very scary to get into. The ladders are not sturdy and move on you while you are climbing up them. No hand soap or papertowels in the space.nothing to dry hands. Overgrown landscaping made parking a little tight. The door that is supposed seperate the living space from the bathroom, fell of the tracks numbers of times and doesnt fit the opening of the doorway so privacy is very limited in this space. Also the toilet is in the same room as the kitchenette, felt strange. Space is much smaller than the photos seem so be aware. And be in good health to get up the latters to the beds

Stayed Jun 25, 2025It was a great location and the view is beautiful. The place is cute but I’m 200lb and getting in the loft for bed was not easy. Besides that it worked for what we needed.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Interesting place in many ways, but the plumbing problems and cleanliness made the stay a lot less pleasant. The view is incredible from the patio. Couldn't be better for a view of downtown Seattle. But the toilet barely worked despite our being very careful because the host warned us it was sensitive. We had to leave the property twice to find a public restroom even though we had the host come check on the toilet. Also, the couches are stained both indoors and out and the front porch and patio hadn't been swept for what looked like weeks. Too bad, because it's a great property and these problems could be easily remedied with a little more care from the host.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025This is a lovely hilltop spot with a great view of the water. The skyscape makes it all worth it. The place is a tiny home, so be prepared. It's not necessarily for those needing to move around in the shower or bathroom. The beds are really comfy, and the loft is nice. Plenty of headroom. The only trick is getting down the ladder :). The hosts were gracious and communicative. Appreciate the coffee available as well. A must stay, if you don't mind tiny.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025A great space with a lovely view, near by to fun things to do and great restaurants. Make sure you’re comfortable with ladders. Space may not be very welcoming to people of size.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024It was my wife’s birthday wish to visit Seattle. The location of the property was exquisite. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. This was our first time ever staying in a tiny home which we enjoyed. I recommend this property to fulfill your lodging and visitation needs.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024The property was nice. We had some issues with the toilet not working and the door to the bathroom was broken, as well as it being hot in the loft beds. We were unable to find the thermostat to adjust the air conditioner. They did come fix the toilet for us, but we asked that the ceiling fan be turned on and that didn't happen. We were unable to reach the string to turn it on ourselves. I didn't end up sleeping in the loft bed as the ladders were a bit wobbly and there was a screw that didn't seem to be all the way in. I slept on the sofa, which was very comfortable as a pull out. There wasn't any coffee provided and I couldn't access the bathroom sink because I couldn't fit my hips between the toilet and the shower. Luckily there was a kitchenette sink we were able to use. We did return one afternoon to find the door was open. We had locked it using the electric lock but it either didn't latch or the wind was stronger than the door. Either way, as two women on vacation, my friend and I were concerned. The view was absolutely stunning though.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024I loved this place, location and views were amazing! The only thing that I would change is that it’s a little difficult to climb into the loft beds. I’m pretty athletic and barely a size 6, and felt like I needed a wider opening to climb up into the bed. Even still…. I would definitely re-book this place. Wonderful tiny home!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024We truly enjoyed our time at this rental. Lots of laughter seeing our husbands navigate the ladder to get into the loft beds! The space is tiny, but a great place to stay to sit on the deck, removed from city noise, yet see the beautiful seattle skyline. We would definitely stay there for a short trip to seattle!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We walked from fairy. Quiet comfortable stay. Watch out for dog at next door Nieghbors. We walked to dinner at the restaurant down the street and when returning the dog next door came ruching out in the dark and charged us barking. Did not bite but wasn’t pleasant. No fault of the host though. Just a something to be aware of
