Stayed Feb 19, 2021We only stayed one night. Front desk manager was horribly rude and discriminatory. Front desk manager refused me service. spent 3 hours just trying to prove we had the right to be there. Once I had everything was straightened out from hours on the phone with VRBO and Diamond Resort Properties with no help from her I just didn’t want to stay. I felt so unwelcome I didn’t even want to go into the office to tell her I was checking out. I was refused service and told I didn’t have the right to be there but they still charged my card and won’t refund the visit.
