Very comfortable and cozy, well-appointed, and very clean! A nice quiet getaway from the chaos of the pigeon forge and Dollywood area. We really traveled to see the National Park, the mountains and the foliage so it was perfect for us!

There is no view but hot tub is secluded and nice, close to road which is noisy

It was relaxing and private just what we were looking for. I would stay here again.

I never really traveled anywhere because I was nervous about getting out and exploring other states. I did this year and Wow I loved our cabin it felt like home. Me and my husband enjoyed everything about it. Our dogs felt safe in the home as well. I didn’t want to leave.. lol the only thing I would have to say the gas fire place didn’t work. That didn’t stop us from loving the cabin. It was so beautiful we are going to come back. We are going to let our Illinois friends know about Eden crest and where to stay if they go to Tennessee. We even saw a mamma black bear with her cubs so amazing! We are definitely coming back! Thank you Eden crest for this marvelous stay and experience❤️ We are coming back!

It was just perfect for a 2 night get away we never left the cabin. The cook top needed some maintenance. So i let management know. Also the light above the cook top was out. So i let management know. The hot tub was nice but could use some maintenance.

So my husband and I rented from this company for our first vacation and 1 year anniversary of being married/our honeymoon. We arrived after 4pm Saturday and tried calling the cleaning company number they left if it wasn’t up to our standards. No answer just kept ringing no way to leave a message to return call next day. Sunday arrives we got ahold of ppl and they really just won’t make this an easy experience on how we feel about: Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. They also don’t change out shower curtains after every renter because there was black mold on the curtain. All they did was come out and replace the curtain and say it’s not black mold. Ok if it wasn’t then why you change the shower curtain? Because it is black mold. The fridge also has mold in the water filter soo glad we brought water but the fridge also doesn’t cool anything because the freezer is a block of ice. Maintenance came and said yep. I see your problem it’s the block of ice and just took a picture of one side of the filter. Not the mold side. Go figure. Maintenance also took pictures from a far away so management can’t tell its mold on their photos but I’m glad to show everyone up close pictures of this cabin. Dead fly by toilet and someone else’s hair stuck to the cleaning supplies by the toilet. And we’re stuck just asking to get another cabin or a refund. Will pay for the two nights we had to stay with the mold. No problem but yet we’re the ones constantly calling trying to get this right.

Very nice cabin. Closer to the road than I expected, you can hear cars traveling through the night. But aside from that, a nice quiet stay.

The property was clean and had everything that we needed! This location was perfect close enough to the attractions, just out of the way to not feel cramped. The check in check out process was very simple. Eden Crest Properties is top notch!!

Great cabin, clean well equipped and secluded. We brought our dogs and it was perfect.

Overall, it was a nice stay, quiet and serene. It was spacious for what we needed during our getaway. The preview pictures listed must be old because a lot of what you see is not what you get. The other things that were unsatisfactory was that the dryer would not dry at all. The HOT water also ran out very quickly. We also reached out via chat and email to get additional towels and help with the hot tub and did not receive a response for either.
