My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Cloud Nine cabin. The cabin exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The views are beautiful, and the setting feels very private and secluded. The cabin was extremely clean, and the Christmas decorations added a warm, thoughtful touch.Check-in was smooth and easy with excellent communication, and the welcome video was a nice touch. Check-out was just as simple. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans needed to prepare meals. Although we didn’t use the grill, grilling tools were available. We enjoyed the hot tub, the balcony with rocking chairs, and the dartboard and pool table. Directions were easy to follow with GPS, and the cabin signage made it easy to find. Having a washer, dryer and a vacuum to use is awesome. There was enough towels for everyone. A few areas could use improvement. The couches, including the pull-out sofa, are clean but worn and uncomfortable, as you can feel the springs and sink very low when sitting. They would benefit from replacement. The hot tub turbo jets do not work, which appears to be a known issue and should be disclosed at booking. The upper balcony is a beautiful space and would be even better with seating. The drive up to the cabin is steep, winding and with some blind hills -so guests should be prepared.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this cabin to friends and family and would gladly stay here again.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay in Cloud 9. The cabin was clean & spacious, & the bed was comfortable. I loved the swing on the top deck, but it was just too cool to enjoy it while we were there. Beware, there are raccoon visitors every night.? The couches do need to be replaced & the TV’s are too close to each other. We prefer different things on TV & it was difficult to watch 2 different channels the way they are set up. Luckily we were out enjoying the mountains most of the time so this was not a huge problem.

I'm actually reviewing Cloud 9, not Sky Harbor. The cabin is beautiful! It's very spacious, clean and well appointed. I stayed there with my two daughters, and we really enjoyed it. The sofa sleeper was horrible, but my daughter was comfortable enough sleeping on the couch downstairs. Be aware that the cabin is located 3.5 miles up a mountain!! There are many hairpin turns and steep climbs, and the drive takes awhile. We stayed in two nights because it was too scary to drive down in the dark and the rain. If you don't mind the drive, you will love this cabin! It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The two porches are wonderful, the hot tub was very nice, and the pool table was great. Customer service was very good.
