Stayed Jul 27, 2025Check-in was easy and everything was very clean and organized!! Also, appreciated provisions for smores. Great views of the lake and mountains. A little sad the cafe wasn't open because it looked like a nice place.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022We enjoyed our stay at this little rustic cabin. Property manager was easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. The dock area was amazing! The cabin was clean although pretty old and rustic. The VRBO doesn’t make clear that there are 4 of these small cabins very close together and close to a bigger rental. There were some great areas to congregate around fire pit and playground. It was beautiful land. It just should have been made clear that it was so close to other properties. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 28, 2022Can’t say enough great things about this lovely, quiet resort! If you need to get away from the noise & crowd of city life and just relax in peace for awhile, Tranquille Resort is for you! My husband & I stayed here for 3 days/nights and loved every minute of it! Right on the lake with plenty of geese to watch from the rocking chairs on the porch, great fishing, gorgeous lake & mountain views, close to Hiawasee but far enough out to feel truly away from it all…..this is everything I love about a vacation. We stayed in cabin #1, which is well-appointed, clean, & has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably. Property manager lives on site with his family - he was extremely helpful & friendly, offering whatever we needed to make our stay even more convenient. You really need to check out Tranquille Resort when planning your next north GA mountain getaway - you will be delighted & glad you stayed here!

Stayed Jan 28, 2022The home is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Travis the property manager was very accommodating and even brought us extra firewood. Both TVs even come with the Amazon fire stick. We plan on going again in March and most likely in june.

Stayed Nov 10, 2021The cabin was perfect for us! Very clean. Nice big bathroom where you can get ready, the kitchen has everthing you need. Right on the lake. Fireplace was wonderful for a crisp evening with beautiful fall colors! Bed was comfy. Very Clean. Attentive owners, close enough to town to go to dinner! Definitely stay again.
