1 Mile from Pigeon Forge New Cabin Firepit on the river Great for fishing

This cabin was adorable and clean and comfortable. It was a perfect little getaway that we needed. The management company was communicative when I called but it sounded like they cleaners didn’t communicate with them when they were done. Therefore we were unsure the whole time getting there when we could check in exactly since it was a little past 4. We had to drive to the office ( which was not far) to follow up. My reception was terrible.

Loved our stay! Beautiful cabin! Would definitely stay again. The only criticism I have is when we pulled out the sofa bed there were a lot of crumbs in it.

Great location and cabin.

nice cozy cabin on the river. got to see some wildlife while we were there. The loft is cozy but bright when the sun comes up.

Bare minimum in kitchen as far as supplies. Check in was super easy.

I loved the cabin. It was clean and comfortable. It was close to all of the attractions we were interested in.

The house was clean, close to attractions. Stocked with necessities. The river was fun for fishing and we tubed down a way as well. Bank is steep, you need good mibility to get to the water. The hot tub and firepit were amazing to come home to after a long day. The only downside was the back porch needs to be sanded or stained. Got quitea few splinters the first day.

Easy to find, good roads, minutes from attraction.

We had the BEST time staying here at River Haven. The cabin was clean, easy to find and my kids, my husband and myself absolutely loved the standing arcade game in the loft. We spent the whole weekend either in the river fishing and exploring or inside relaxing together. One thing the ad doesn’t mention is how much natural wildlife is right outside your door at all times and I mean that in the best way possible! We spotted Mallard ducks, geese, blue herons, sparrows, robins; just to name a few. Everything was magical and NONE of us were ready to go home at the end of our trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay here and would defiantly stay again.

Awsome location, clean, everything you need for a getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin could use a thorough dusting. Communication with Fireside was a little excessive as we received multiple phone calls (from different individuals) regarding the same thing.

Need better kitchen furniture! Had to wait for about an hour for someone to open the door at night! The code wouldn’t work nice area i would go go again

Great cabin enjoyed it...did not wach tv much but it seems to have blown speaker and some damage to screen other than that great time

This place was amazing!! The cabin was perfect, so cozy and so clean!! It was close to everything. 15 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from The Island and all of the restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Pictures matched the cabin exactly. Close to everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. Location was easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin with a great location. Perfect for our small family.

We had a great time. There were a few issues at first. The grill was rusted out and grease spilling over, i called and within about 30 minutes or less the maintenance man brought a new unused grill for our stay. And there were some blankets that had food stuck on them the housekeepers missed and they delivered new blankets quickly.itimemanner.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The cabin was clean and they provide all necessary items. The location on the river is great. We swam, fished and tubed. We had a small issue with one toilet but we called the office and maintenance was there to fix it in less than an hour. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location--quite and easy access to downtown. It's exactly as presented online, and we loved the house. The only issue we had was that the bed linens were NOT washed/changed prior to arrival. This was evident by something visible on the sheet, which easily came out with a wash cloth and soap. I had to sleep on sheets used by the previous tenant the first night because I didn't see it until after 10 pm. It's very clear the cleaning service just remade the bed, which is pretty gross. We survived, and they did send the cleaning service over to put on new linens the next day, but they were supposed to come that morning and showed up at 6 pm while we were there showering, which was super akward.

This cabin was beautiful and in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great time at our cabin this past weekend! Here to see my niece get married and the cabin was so convenient and close to everything! The cabin was so beautiful, well kept, and relaxing! Loved the beautiful family time together out on the back porch!
