Third Floor Suite in waterfront Victorian on peninsula surrounded by ocean

Such an amazing property! Charming, quaint, cozy 3rd floor living space, beautiful views!

Nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the harbor, especially at sunrise. Hingham ferry schedule worked perfectly for us, even on the weekend. Enjoyed the bakery up the road, stopped there every morning, and there were outstanding dinner options in Hingham.

We were not aware that there would be a Bernese Mountain dog barking and growling at us upon entering the home - only contained behind a very short, fold-up pet enclosure that was not even fully enclosed. I literally put my suitcase between myself and the dog while going up the stairs to the third floor unit. This dog was present and barking/growling at is every time we went in and out of the home. It was very unsettling and we are dog owners and dog lovers. If anyone is afraid of dogs or allergic, this is not the place for you.I asked about the continental breakfast and was told there would be yogurt and power bars which was fine for me but not sure everyone would agree that this is a true continental breakfast.

This was a beautiful and comfortable suite! And the location was amazing! The description of this property was spot on. We took the ferry from Hull to Boston and back. It was our first time to visit the area, and it was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough how very lovely our stay with Kate was. Beautiful clean home, gorgeous views and beautiful places to sit in her garden to enjoy our morning coffee. Such a nice person and host.

Beautiful accommodations. Excellent hospitality. It's great to know such places exist for those of us who spent summers in Hull during the 1960s and want to revisit those special places.

The house was beautiful and our host was great!

It was such a special location. The Third floor apartment was so tastefully . The gardens were just beautiful. The bed linen was of a high quality. Kate went out of her way to make our stay si relaxing and homely.

I loved this third-floor apartment in the host's beautiful home. The views were outstanding. I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Kate, our host was very accommodating and enjoyable.

The location was amazing. The house was nice. However .. some MAJOR things... #1.) Mis-reprented in the fact that it says there is a kitchen. There is NOT. A microwave and that is all. Take Kitchen Out of AD #2.) There are two different levels in the house that are rented. Our spot was already occupied when we arrived. Had to chat with the owner who was not on site at the time to work out a solution. Due to the fact of how many in our party, we had to wait till the others moved down to the other space. We then had to remake all the beds. The other party was very accommodating and nice about it, however the owner of the house spoke with each of us over the phone while we were standing right next to each other and was not nice about the other party to each of us. She was placing the blame on each of us instead of taking responsibility that maybe her communication & customer service were not good. I was extremely hurt by the personality traits she told the other person I portrayed to her when we were just trying to have a stay of what we purchased and were promised through the posting were portrayed. #3.) SAFETY Note for owner to consider.....The house is beautiful however parts of it need to be labeled for step up or step down. One of our party did fall in the courtyard and had to go to the hospital. Also the bathroom tub was very slippery with not way to hold on getting in or out. Just a helpful suggestion. - All in All I would NOT recommend.

The property is as described…maybe even better than described. Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach drag, but close enough to be easy.

Had a wonderful time spending a long weekend in Kate’s beautiful Victorian! Living area is just as described and Kate is a great hostess! The views of the ocean from the third floor of her home are absolutely breathtaking!

What a beautiful house! The views were spectacular, the rooms were gorgeous, the bed was warm and comfy and the rooms had every amenity. We had a fantastic stay.

My friend and I visited us from Canada and we stayed for 3 nights. It was lovely and very clean. The two bedrooms were both spacious. Kate was lovely and a great resource. We really enjoyed our stay and it was great to park at Hingham ferry terminal and take the ferry into Boston. Beautiful views on the ferry, especially at night.

Cozy, comfortable, clean, amazing owner! We had a lovely walk down to the bay where we ate at Shipwrecked (food is good) and took ferry to Boston! Beautiful walk, beautiful area; quiet and peaceful. We will be back! THANK YOU

Perfect spot for anyone to visit. Great for my husband and I with our baby because there are two bedrooms and a livingroom. So we could put our baby to sleep and still hangout, play games and watch TV. Cute place, gorgeous view, safe and cozy neighborhood, close to everything. Host was quick at responding.

Kates home is absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed along with stunning vies out every window. We hope to get back there again real soon

Worked great for us for a 2 night stay. Easy walk to the ferry into downtown Boston. Quiet area. Enjoyed a great sunset and sunrise. Host was very friendly and accommodating.
