This spacious 3000 square foot spot has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, and 2 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. 3rd Bedroom has a private bathroom, but it is outside of the bedroom.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS
The entire place is fully furnished. It has a full kitchen with amenities, including stainless-steel appliances. The listing is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more.
There are bath towels and extra blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Parking Information:
Please note that you will require a parking permit to park on the street. I do provide two permits per stay, which is good for two cars, which you will need to hang from the rear-view mirror in your car at all times.
Please ensure to return the parking permits where you find it inside the house. A replacement fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card if you forget to return the permits.

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous place. The location was excellent, it was walking distance to Grove and LACMA and a short distance to all Beverly Hills site scene. The house is very luxurious, beautifully furnished, spacious, and super comfortable. The house overlooks the street, so we felt lively right at the heart of Beverly Hills city life. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, bathrooms were elegant, and the entrance staircase was iconic. The host was super welcoming and met us at the property for our check-in, and gave us good tips about the local restaurants, site scene, and parking information. We highly recommend this place and its location. Thank you for hosting us!
