Spacious Art-Deco Guest House

We were very happy with our accommodations. This was a stunning property inside and out with more than sufficient space for our family to roam freely without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location was very central and secure and made for an easy commute to the local shops and places of interest. Our hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel very much at home. This will certainly be our place in Kingston to stay whenever we are in town.

The home is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay nurse took good care of us . Ms Sinclair was very nice as well . We will be coming back again soon miss you already ❤️????

I hate to have to write a good review about this place because now everybody is going to know how this place is and I might not be able to get to reserve a room here during my next visit. From the moment my family and I arrived, we felt like we were visiting with family members who were happy we were there. Nurse Sinclair and Dominique made sure all our needs were met. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will see when you arrive. When I plan my vacation for next year, I will have to see if this place is available. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful house in a really nice and quite area!

Dominique and Nurse Sinclair were absolutely wonderful hosts.... We rented the entire house for 2 weeks for our company employees that were there on business and it worked out wonderfully. I was hesitant about whether i'd find a place that would work for us, and even more hesitant as it seemed too good to be true! But I have heard nothing but great things from all of our executives.... Dominique and Nurse were very accommodating and fixed breakfast and dinners for them when they returned in the evenings from long days at our plant facility.... Where else can you get that kind of service??? Thank you again Dominique, Charmaine and Nurse for everything!

What can I say, we had an amazing time staying with Dominique and Nurse! They treated us like family, not strangers. Nurse was extremely helpful in helping us organize the events that we had planned for the weekend. We truly appreciated that since none of us really knew much about where to get what we needed. The house is massive. Beautiful living room with high ceiling. The bedrooms were huge and having a bathroom in every bedroom was a godsend for our group of 8. This location was close to all of our activities and easy to get to everywhere we needed. We rented a car however two members of the group did walk to the main road which wasn't too far. The massive backyard was a plus to sit and enjoy the breeze. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay with lovely owners and housekeeper.

Our whole stay from start to finish was amazing. Nurse took really good care of us and made sure all our needs were met and questions were answered. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. I would recommend to anybody visiting JA. It was close to everything and really made us feel like we were at home
