Shared space with owners. 2 bedroom and bath, swim spa, golf green,great views.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy.

So the location and views were great and the rental itself was clean and in great shape. Apparently i overlooked the subtle language in the description that this is a shared property with the owner. Found that odd with how much VRBO advertises not sharing with the host. As a renter, just know there is no kitchen in case you wanted to cook (which we did), no laundry, and no ability to adjust the temperature without aaking the hosts. Additionally you can hear the hosts quite easily next door. My bad i guess for missing this, but sharing a rental is not something we would ever do again.

Was beautiful and easy, only wish it was more clear that it was part of the owners home of just two bedrooms and bath still would have booked and was excellent

Very clean and beautiful place to stay. Hosts were amazing and very accommodating.

We had a lovely time here over a birthday weekend. Ken and Jenn put a lot of thought into providing everything a guest might need. They were very gracious hosts who seemed happy to ensure that we had everything we wanted. My partner was thrilled to use the bbq smoker and he loved how the steaks turned out. The swim spa is amazing, no surprises there! I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the incredible shower bar. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend and we highly recommend this spot!

We stayed for 2 days at this VRBO. The beds were comfortable. The host was great at communicating. My children loved the backyard and hot tub.

It was nice to be outside of town, to have a quiet place to relax with the hot tub. Hosts were great and check in process was easy.

The house was great. Very clean and easy to access. They were great about opening and closing the spa for us when we asked.

Kind and outgoing, Ken and his family could not have been more accommodating. On very short notice they rented us their guest rooms for two nights and made us feel at welcome. Their home is in a modern growing development with lovely views and quiet neighbors. We can't thank Ken and his family enough for their hospitality!
