I’ve never rented a room before, but this was a great first experience, room was clean and equipped with everything I would need to have a comfortable. Lillian was very helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. For what you get, the price per night is fair. 5/5

We had a wonderful experience and it was nice and quiet. The best part is that it is pet friendly.

My stay at this property was amazing! Lilian , the property manager was incredible and did everything possible to make your stay memorable and she ensured that you had constant contact with her if needed which really helped my stay and things in the area. Clean, refreshing large area and huge bathroom. Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan among the comforts. I must note that if you do not have a car, an Uber or Lift will be nessasary to go to a major store like a Walmart which is about a 7 minute ride as there is very little net this property as far as businesses so be proactive. I went to Super Walmart, which at the time of this writing stays open until 10:00pm, to stock the mini refrigerator with food to prepare in the microwave and coffee maker provided. You might want to bring some plastic wear and perhaps some plates. Lilian also provided coffee and napkins. I recommend this property highly.

It isn't close to much, but nothing is really far either. Clean and easy to get answers quickly!

Extremely fast responses whenever we had questions or concerns

This place is just what you need. It is attractively decorated. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a small drive from the strip which was good. The check in process was easy and communication with Lillian was prompt.

My husband and I traveled from Charlotte to Las Vegas on an impromptu getaway. I am thorough when researching places to stay, as I've traveled quite a bit. Lillian's listing was the most reasonable, and it wasn't far from the strip & other activities, so we booked. It was super easy, and she was very prompt with check in information. She worked with us to even be able to check in early. The pictures and description matched the room, and the bathroom was very spacious and included a convenient vanity. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lillian made sure we had all needed supplies and was very pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful time and will be back! Thanks, Lillian!

Everything was nice. Needed a few more towels. The issue with the toilet wasn't great.
