Welcome to the Lakeview Loft where we have carefully crafted a cosy open concept space that blends modern design and my grandmothers’ antiques creating a warm place to curl up or even entertain as all the necessary amenities are available. We ensure you are welcomed with a breakfast basket featuring coffee pods (cream in the retro fridge) bottled water, pastries, sweets and local fruits (when available). The spa sized soaker tub invites a god soak and bath bombs are available for yourenjoyment. The huge TV is there and Netflix/wifi is available on site. There is a workspace available if that is the purpose .of your stay (my great grandmother’s desk).
The kitchen is really well appointed. Sweet retro fridge, keurig, blender, air fryer, induction plate, microwave, cookware, dish wares, utensils and so much more. Need anything, PLEASE just ask.

The Loft is open concept, with good use of space for eating, sleeping and sitting. It feels bright and roomy. It is super clean. Note that the toilet and tub have a privacy screen but are not in a separate room. The kitchenette is very well equipped, including an induction element which is great if you want to cook. Leanne was friendly and responsive to questions. The location is super...it's within walking distance of shops, pubs, and restaurants. Parking is convenient. There is also an EV level 2 charging station about a 5 min walk away in Knoll Park.

Everything was great in the unit. Only issue is that stairs to second floor had obstructed access due to chair lift rails making carrying suitcases a bit difficult. Once at second floor then steep stairs to loft with no handrail. I am 76 and my brother 84 and we both like to hold on to a stair railing for support especially when carrying suitcases. Owner has done a beautiful job making the loft welcoming and comfortable but seniors need to know it may not be easy for them to get to the loft.
