Stayed May 23, 2025We stayed for a couple nights. All the little extras like snacks and drinks were appreciated! Totally private -we didnt really see or hear the hosts. Definitely will stay again when in the area. Thanks again!

Stayed Dec 7, 2019Be prepared to pay as requested or be demanded to pay and then don't hold your breath for the $100 deposit to be promptly refunded. The room was clean and the location quiet. The walk from parking to the room was not very stable, the gate was awkward and the door lock was marginal. There was a lot of snacks and food supplies but much of it was past the use by date. The coffee was good, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. Not my favorite AB&B.

Stayed Sep 8, 2019Everything was provided for a nice relaxing evening! Our first stay at anything but a chain motel/hotel and didn’t know what to expect. But everything beat all of those hands down! Linda kept us informed throughout the process.

Stayed Jul 3, 2019I liked the quiet part. I liked how nice the home owner is and how willing she was to assist with anything we needed. They provided anything we would need for personal use. No access to a kitchen was a downer. The pool was not clean we didn’t allow the kids in there.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025Everything was wonderful, and everything was as expected! It was just like we read. The only downside was that we couldn't use the pool because it was too cold for us. We would stay there again if we need a place while we're in Tampa!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024I apologize for the way late review. We stayed from 12/21 - 12/27. Let me say that this host went above and beyond for everything. Anything that we would want or need was provided. Including food, snacks, drinks, alcohol, paper goods, even paper/ pens for playing games. There was even a small Christmas tree set up in the corner. There was also a sign welcoming us to the property with our name. It was definitely like home. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to it being too chilly for us, but it looked inviting! On the 1st night, I messaged about possibly turning up the heat because I was cold. Less than an hour later, I got a message saying there was a brand new space heater in front of our door. I have the greatest respect for this host. My husband and I had the best time. Thank you so very much for making us feel at home! We would 1000% stay again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2024The property was extremely nice! Room was great there was a fridge full of food that was amazing! Coffee, alcohol, teas etc. The only issue was that the room is attached to the owners house so it was a bit awkward but throughout our stay we didn’t hear anyone and nobody bothered us it was lovely! So overall rating definitely a 10/10 if you don’t mind being a door away from people.
