Welcome to our large ground level suite. Built in the original stone cook house. Enjoy the beautiful stone walls that tell the story of early settlers and their labor. This room is handicap accessible and has a private entrance and no stairs. King size bed and lovely light filled en suite bathroom.

Stayed Jun 20, 2023My girlfriend and I loved our stay at The Light Horse Inn. The building has so much history and charm. Megan was amazing and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed in Suite 4 which is ground level and also has its own dedicated entrance. The room is all original stone and very charming. We definitely had a 5 star experience.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025We highly enjoyed our stay. The room was very charming band large. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very warm and friendly. We enjoyed how close it was to lower town and the Barn right behind. We had a great stay and would definitely come again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Clean and cozy in this old historic building. YUMMY breakfast in the morning and the host was so accommodating to our schedule. Nice walk (and a good workout!) into town, but several restaurants are nearby, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 14, 2022Great place to stay. Close enough to walk to Lower Town or drive. Walk to Bolivar Bread, the Barn, and Snallygasters. Such an enjoyable time.
