The room was ok. There is no lift so getting up the stairs with luggage was a struggle. The TV wasnt working, wr contacted the owner who messaged back, unplug for a few minutes. There was also no wifi code at that point. We then received a receipt from Ciny the owner from the room and 3 amounts of money was taken from my wifes account. We had already paid VRBO when it was booked in September. Tried contacting Cindy who said the payment was declined when we first booked the room. So at this mome t we have paid for the room twice and now having to look for our bank to get the 2nd payment refunded. This is totally unnaceptable and partly ruined our trip. Itnis also a concern how Cindy the owner got access to my wifes account without authorisation. The worst thing is your renter has totally ignored our emails. Can VRBO help with this issue? So, pur first experience with VRBO is not a pleasant one. Hopefully thos can be resolved as we are still on hpliday and checking for updates every day.
