The King size bed is draped with an Aguayo and matching pillow set; a woven textile from the Andes. Luxuriate in the spacious limestone bath that offers a large tub and shower. The light in this suite emanates from the over-sized collection of windows, finished with custom wood blinds. This suite is appointed with one of a kind handmade items from Mexico, India and Peru. There are two exquisite antique Armoires, original wood floors that are covered with a full-size cow hide rug. The sleeping and full-size living area are connected by a large, framed door way. The living includes an elegant leather sofa and an oversized upholstered leather chair placed in close proximity to the gas chimney. Additional seating available at the table and chair set ideally located to allow for a garden view. After your gastric brunch experience, prepared by Le Condon Bleu chef, owner Carolina Olea, enjoy all that New Mexico has to offer at Tent Rocks National Monument and the Georgia O'Keefe Museum. We were looking forward to the much raved about heavenly brunch. To our surprise, we got so much more. We did not expect to walk into such beautiful surroundings - the incredible garden, the well-appointed rooms, and the overall feeling of peace that I got when I walked through the little wooden doors at the entrance. The vibe was so relaxing that we canceled all our daytime plans and sat in the courtyard sipping champagne, listening to music, and enjoying life then took the 5-minute walk to the plaza for dinner. The next morning's Spanish-themed brunch amidst beautiful birds, flowers, and the chef's cooking garden, swept me away and for a moment I couldn't remember if I was in Barcelona, Sevilla, or Santa Fe. We will be back.
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Culinaria. Our Room was lovely we had a bedroom and a sitting area, with a charming gas fireplace and an outdoor Porch patio. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable And we slept very well! We were very impressed and delighted by the wonderful brunch...Note ... In order to have the brunch they need to know the day before!.. We were so delighted with our 1st brunch that we immediately signed up for a second brunch. Their brunch changes daily and they serve you Amazing culinary delights! What a treat. Our waitress who served us was especially delightful... And on the day we were leaving we made a point to go by and wish her well and give her a little hug. Simply an outstanding place outstanding service and outstanding rooms and amenities.
