This place is what it states - A hidden gem. Host Christine was very helpful for the stay. The place is very comfortable, clean and has everything you require. We stayed early September 2024 and wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast provided was amazing. Couldnt fault the accommodation. A lot of food places close by if you didnt want to cook. Definitely a place to stay if you are in the Upper Hutt region.

What a great location So peaceful great place to chill out.What a superb host Christine is she makes you feel special. I would recommend to anyone getting away for a break to wind down. It would be easily the best place We have stayed in

The unit was a self-contained suite. It was tastefully decorated. We even had off street parking space in the carport. And it was easy walking distance to the light rail train into downtown Wellington. This BnB set the standard by which we will evaluate all future lodging. Recommend it highly!

Once again I had the pleasure of staying at the Hidden Gem. Such a unique place very well presented, very comfortable and it had all the amenities of a small flat. This is value for money giving you privacy and space. This is my go-to place when staying in Wellington.

Our host was very accommodating , all essential amenities were available and more. The appliances are premium band, furniture is new and very comfortable, especially the bed. This place truely is a hidden gem. There was breakfast and some delish cookies. The bed was comfy and the sheets were very nice. Thank you for such a clean place.

Christine could not have been a better host. She was very responsive to our needs. She was very informative about where to go eat, places to see and parks to visit. We stayed for three months and was sad to say goodbye to her and her and the property. There was nothing amiss. It truly was a “hidden gem”!
