Located in Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio`s oldest Resort Town with lots of history and unique attractions! Walk to Lake Erie and the famous `Strip`.
This 1950’s motor lodge is being re-vamped and re-imagined into Geneva-On-The-Lakes first self check-in themed Boutique motel, where every room is a unique experience!
This Modern Farmhouse style suite is second fl, 2 bed 1 ba.

This Suite is our only two bedroom with a full kitchen and sleeps up to 5 people. We love the Farmhousedecor, custom kitchen with custom rustic hood, quartz counters and custom built bar with mood lighting. This is a second floor unit, must walk up stairs to access.

There is a shared common area with two picnic tables, firepit and chairs and two charcoal grills (bring your own firewood and charcoal)

We do not provide cleaning or maid service during your stay. If you are staying 5 days or more, mid stay cleaning is required at an additional cost.

Our property is the perfect place to stay with family and friends. Rent all of our motel rooms (7 total) & our on-site cottage to accommodate a total of 23 guests. You get your own privacy when you want it and can gather at the shared community space with a fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and picnic tables.

The Living room has a sectional sofa, ( NOT a sleeper sofa), perfect for watching movies on our flatscreen with free Wi-Fi. The coffee table is handmade with re-claimed materials and the dinette area also features custom reclaimed woodwork!

This is Unit 6, an upstairs suite. Walking up a flight of stairs is required for access. There is no elevator. Your suite has it’s own private entrance at the top of the stairs inside a shared main entry with our staff.

You can use the fire pit, picnic area in the front of the motel.

You will be given a code to check yourself in.
There is no full time staff at this motel, however, you will have a phone number to contact us at any time during your stay.
Cleaning is done prior to your stay, there is no room service or mid week cleanings.

Geneva-On-The-Lake is truly unique, it`s an experience you have to come and see for yourself. We have a beautiful State Park Beach and trails, over 20 area wineries to visit, a beautiful Marina where you can rent Jet Skis, kayaks and paddle boards or charter a boat for walleye and perch fishing. You can walk to GOTL’s infamous mile long “strip” with arcades, put-put, bars, ice cream, restaurants etc. Visit nearby covered bridges and the Ashtabula Harbor. So much to do or relax and do nothing on the beach!

There are several transportation companies in the area and winery tour companies that will pick you up at our motel.

This unit sleeps up to 5 people. Only those staying in the unit are allowed on motel property.

There is parking for up to two vehicles only.
Please car pool or find another parking area to keep any additional cars.
- Min Age to rent is 21
- Quiet hours 11pm-8am
-Only 2 cars are allowed in motel parking lot and must park in designated, numbered spots
-No additional guests are permitted on motel property
-Do not use or take any of the black metal chairs from in front of the other motel rooms. You may use the bench just outside your door or the picnic tables and Adirondack chairs in the common area.
-If you need anything during your stay, please contact us in the Airbnb app. Multiple people monitor those messages and are able to respond quicker.

LOST AND FOUND - A $30.00 fee, plus packing and shipping costs, applies to any Lost and Found items that requested to return to Guests. Items not claimed within seven days of departure will be disposed of at the discretion of Owners.
