Stayed Apr 17, 2024It is a basic property, but based on the remote Marquesas, it was decent for the price. It is easier if you speak French (which I did). Pickup from the airport may seem expensive, but it is a very long tortuous road across the island, so to be expected. It is walkable to the waterfront. Animals wake up early, be prepared!

Stayed Dec 31, 2022We loved our stay at this pension! A prime location and Sabbas happily took us around wherever we needed to go. The breakfast is simple but the dinners are delicious! A great place to really get involved in the local community! Stay here to be close to the bay and Tu Hiva. The mornings the fishermen are out, go to the dock and you’ll be able to see so many sharks being fed! Amazing!
