Stayed May 7, 2025The building is old - as you’d expect. A plus is that there’s a bar and grill joined at the hip with it. The bad news is that drunks argue loudly outside some nights. The interior is charming and nicely decorated. It provides all the amenities you’d expect. It’s not well insulated, so be willing to adjust to that. Also, their hours are 8 a.m. to 7p.m. And they are very uncomfortable operating outside those times. Be sure that works for you before you sign up. If you do sign up, you’ll have a memorable experience in a beautiful building, with an outstanding breakfast each morning and a good restaurant right at hand.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023Thia is an absolutely beautiful, unique little hotel in a really safe area with friendly and professional staff. The building dates back to 1830, and the walls are decorated with old pictures and stuff. Everything feels like old school ion the best meaning of the word. However, it just feels old.... If you do not have a car with you (as we didn't), waiting time for Uber will be 20 mins, and the prices actually by far beat NYC (which tells you a lot)...

Stayed Oct 14, 2022The staff was welcoming and helpful. There was an ice machine and water with complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa in the downstairs common area. We did not try the pub. The room was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but no issues (there is a little leak in the back corner of the shower under the toilet paper holder). The breakfasts were good-the 3 mornings we were there, they served french toast/fruit, scrambled eggs w/peppers & onions/croissant and blueberry pancakes/fruit. Breakfast is served on the third floor. Make sure you are comfortable with stairs if you stay. There was some noise at night with pub patrons outside, and the inn is on a corner, so there was some road noise-but not bad. It's a charming place!

Stayed Feb 19, 2022We were hiking waterfalls around Ithaca on a freezing cold day and it was so nice to come in from the cold to a friendly staff and a warm cosy room.! The restaurant recommendations led us to a great dinner at Antlers! Our only slight disappointment was breakfast, I am not a pancake lover and wasn’t offered a choice. But, they were hot and the fruit was a nice portion.

Stayed Oct 17, 2021We spent 2 nights at the Rouges Harbor Inn as a quick getaway for our anniversary. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfy! Breakfast was delicious both mornings. And I appreciated the Kuerig in the lobby so that I could get up, read my book with a cup of early coffee and let my husband stay in bed. We also enjoyed all the historic photos of the inn and the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.
