Zermatt! Appartement très confortable avec vue, situation centrale

This was home away from home. The apartment is very cosy, well appointed, quiet, and very close to the train station, Zermatt’s Main street and a Coop grocery store. The views of Matterhorn from the living room are cherry on top. There is a folder with very detailed instructions just about everything one needs to know about the property. The owner and the property manager were very nice and very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place in the future.

It is clean, convenient, and very comfortable to say as a family. Our favorite property in Zermatt!

The view of the Matterhorn from the living room...spetacular. Different lighting of it during the day and early evening.The kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything you need to make a meal. Welcoming fruitbowl on the table and instructions on how eveything worked. One word FANTASTIC! Owner was also accessible by email and there was help in the building.

Jean was easy to communicate with and the property was as listed.

Fabulous stay! Very clean, well appointed with everything you need for a restful stay. Views are wonderful. Close walk to multiple grocery stores, train station. Only 15 minute walk to Matterhorn bang. No taxi service needed for anything. Enjoyed our stay very much. Communication and directions with host and care taker were excellent. Very comfortable, highly recommended.

Overall great stay Host was very responsive to our questions. Location is super convenient - just 5-7 minutes walk from Zermatt station. Apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 people.

We love this apartment! It has everything we need and is the perfect home base for a week in Zermatt. The fruit, coffee, spices are a welcoming touch. We love the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment balcony. We will be back.

We had a marvelous stay at this apartment in Zermatt. From the beginning, our hosts were great with communications leading up to the trip. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet in person, but Jean-Francois provided all the information we needed, and was responsive to any questions that came up, which were few! The apartment was even better than the pictures, especially the views of the Matterhorn! We just marveled every day that we could look out at it. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable for us. I was traveling with my dad, who has mobility issues, and although we had to navigate a few stairs in the foyer and leading into the building with his mobility scooter, it still was very doable. The apartment location made it really easy for us to walk to shops, restaurants, and the train stations. There was a stop for the free electric bus just half a block away; but we only used that the day we went to the Glacier Paradise - everything else was withing walking and mobility-scooter distance! Thank you, Jean-Francois, for being a marvelous host, and allowing us to enjoy Zermatt from your great apartment! We highly recommend it!!

All good except poor laundry facilities that did not fully dry clothes. Lack of initial communication as to my room number and key. Hot water, great view, clean linens (although the pillows were flat). Kitchen well stocked with supplies for cooking. Great picture of Matterhorn. Shower glass wall partially broken.

The view of Matterhorn looks better than pictures. The English check-in process needs improvements - be sure to ask which floor the apartment is on, and how to open the door.

This was my third stay at this excellent flat. The location, the interior space, the well-equipped kitchen are just what any avid hiker who likes to cook needs. I look forward to returning.

If I can give this apartment 10 starts I will do it but I can only give 5. Complete spacious and roomy apartment with a great location . The host went beyond our expectations. Apartment is located in the four floor with elevator. Thank you We highly recommend for the fruit.

Lovely two bedroom apartment. View of the Matterhorn from master bedroom, living room and balcony. Easy walk to train station, shops, restaurants and center of town.

This condo was the best accommodations we had on our two week Switzerland trip. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and grocery store. The view of the Matterhorn is magnificent and the large balcony is delightful. The condo is roomy and cozy. Good shower, kitchen and wifi. Highly recommend.
