The 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a purpose built block on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 metres from the sea front.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Towels are not provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.

The apartment has Hive controlled gasfired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large corner sofa bed, dining table and seating to seat up to six, coffee table and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. An Echo Dot is provided for music and hopefully to answer your questions!

The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.

Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.

The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with new shower over.

There are floor standing fans available for your comfort in hotter weather.

There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.

Pets are welcomed (we have a dog ourselves) and we would ask that you make use of the pet blankets that are provided to cover the sofa and/or beds.

For those not planning to bring a pet, please be assured we do the housekeeping ourselves and take pride in ensuring all is spotless and specifically hairless for all of our guests.

We live nearby and are happy to assist as required during your stay.

We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.

    A very welcoming well equipped apartment, plenty of pots and pans utensils etc. Everything lovely and clean. Good to have condiments, herbs, kitchen roll. Plenty of tea towel, kitchen towel, toilet tissue which was all appreciated. The apartment block seemed well maintained and nice and quiet.Was great to have the allocated parking which was close by. Fantastic location with everything on your doorstep. Had a nice walk back from Harry’s rock into Swanage along the coastal path. Lots of good walks in the area. Only negative for us really was the small double beds, they take a bit of getting used to.A lovely few days away at the apartment and the dog loved it!

    We had an amazing stay in this beautifully clean and centrally located apartment over a long weekend. The beds were super comfi, and everything we needed was right to hand. The landlady was very helpful with our check in and checkout process, and our entire stay was enjoyable, and memorable.

    We were both impressed by the property itself. Only two minor problems: we couldn’t immediately identify the key safe and had to try them all. It was the one with “L” on the bottom left. And we couldn’t get the external lights to come on, or those on steps going up, or in the entrance hall. The one outside our door did come on automatically. Sometimes the light above the No. 2 door was sufficient to find our way upstairs. Otherwise, the location was great and we would recommend this to friends.

    We stayed in Flat 7 which is in a very good position near to shops and the beach. Flat is instantly pleasing and everything is very clean and well fitted out with cooking facilities if required. Lovely hot water for showering and washing. Bedrooms have plenty of storage and very comfortable beds with very good quality beddingl Also there is a great Sky Tv in the Lounge and in fact the owners have thought of everything you need for a very Comfortable stay. We had a lovely time in Swanage and look forward to going back again very soon. Thank you Hannah.

    The property was excellent and extremely central for Swanage pubs and restaurants. The flat was clean and comfortable. Parking in Swanage is at a premium so an allocated parking space 5 mins away was very helpful . We would like to return in 2014 .

    Great apartment, spotlessly clean. Well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Lovely food items on arrival. Easy reach to the beach, shops & restaurants. Also only 5 minutes from the Swanage Steam Railway to enjoy a trip to Corfe Castle. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
