Stayed Jun 11, 2024I was unable to stay at this location due to a family emergency. I contacted your agency along with home pics and the location directly to see if there was an opportunity for any type of a refund. Through the Vrbo app I never got anybody to connect with me And the location itself provided no assistance. I was willing to sacrifice a night stay due to the emergency, but did not anticipate needing to cover the full stay. I am happy to speak with somebody about this and look forward to somebody contacting me directly.
