This was our second time in this property. We came back because is perfect and close where we need to be. If it is available we will definitely come back again!

Nicely updated with quality tiles/furnishings/appliances. Great location - walked to grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the Fox Theater. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Would stay there again.

Great location! Only complaints were only decaf coffee was available (no biggie but I always appreciate easily accessible coffee) and we have a napping toddler so the upstairs foot traffic during her sleeping times was an unexpected snafu. Other than that, communication was great, check in and out was easy, beds were comfy!

Great location. Lots of storage. The host was very responsive. It’s a little noisy staying below the main floor. Loud walking and chairs moving - maybe put felt on the legs of the chairs? It was ok for us but might not be for others stay. The mattress in the master bed in the master tilted toward the window and pillows need to be replaced (stained/old) or bring your own.

Owner took care of parking and quick response as needed.

George was very helpful. Make sure you point your car in the right direction so ATL doesn't ticket you.

George and Katherine's place is very convenient and close to everything. It loos exactly as the pictures and the host gave us clear instructions to check in and out. We would love to come back

Unit was as described and comfortable. We were there over a weeejrhd and Saturday night there was a party upstairs

Smooth checkin and checkout process. Property clean and well-stocked. Area is walkable and centrally located to many events and amenities. We enjoyed our stay once again!

My friend and I came to sightsee, shop, and dine out. Everything was a quick walk or short Uber drive. Fun and vibrant area. The apartment was just right for us. Clean and quiet. Upstairs tenant was not a problem. If we had questions, the owner responded right away. We had a good stay.

- If you have mobility issues, this is not a good spot for you. There is a sloping brick paver driveway and several large stairs down and no hand rail.- Others mentioned in their review about upstairs neighbors walking heavily / loud TV. I can confirm this is true.- Clothes washer in unit is a nice feature. - Everything worked. Electrical, plumbing, coffee maker, TV.- Lots of restaurants and GaTech are walkable from here. One bath attached to bedroom and one to common area.

Wonderful 2-night weekend stay. My sister and I loved the place and the neighborhood is charming. Walkable and friendly.

Doing art show at Piedmont Park for weekend. Walk was only 30 min away. Restaurants nearby. Nice neighborhood. George was great accommodating parking for my large van and friends trailer . Really appreciated the care!

The sheets of one of the beds was unclean when we arrived and the mattresses were musty and didn’t have mattress covers. Ultimately we decided to just crash with friends instead of staying here.

My friends and I enjoyed this location as our hub for NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament games, some of ATL's fabulous restaurants, and visits to museums, memorials, and parks over an extended weekend. Nothing was very far to get to and the accommodations were comfortable. We would stay there again.

Everything about this apartment was excellent except for the loud noises from upstairs. Sounded like they were walking around in heavy boots when we were trying to sleep. The host provided extra towels, toilet paper, bath items, kitchen supplies, more than we have ever had anywhere else.

Great location for a commute downtown. House was clean and communication with owner was good. The only down fall is tenants upstairs. You could hear talking and walking all hours of the night.

Regentrified older neighborhood in Midtown. Hadn't realized it's essentially a downstairs apartment. So the low ceilings were a little low for my taller friend. Also wasn't aware the bath for the 2nd bedroom was at the opposite end. Those would have been good to know, but wouldn't stopped us because where it was located was central to our plans. A nice, clean property

With my son for him to attend tech meetings nearby. Location was excellent as was the property.

This unit in the Midtown area of Atlanta is very comfortable and well furnished and the hosts are close by if needed. The Midtown area is a busy, safe, and beautiful area of Atlanta, close to the Botanical Gardens and several restaurants.

House was perfect for two couples! Clean and had everything we needed! Close to downtown

The Property manager communicated very well with me. The place was roomy (2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is a good thing). The parking space was a little tight, but I was able to manage it. Overall, It was convenient for me because i was in close proximity to the event that i was there in Georgia for. My stay at this property was good.

The maisonette was well-stocked with all the comforts of home. It is locaed in a desireable neighborhood.. It is clean and roomy. It is walkable and is located nearby Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens, Whole Foods,etc. We had a rental car and the private parking space in front of the unit is a plus. We enjoyed our stay at this location. The next time we are in the Atlanta area we will definitely book this property again. The hosts were available and timely with any/all communications.
