Great Stay! Awesome clean updated apt!

The apartment was immaculate, with Alaskan themed decorations throughout. Instructions to get in the house were clear and easy to follow. Though it is in a neighborhood, once inside, it was very quiet. If visiting Anchorage, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Convenient to medical services, shopping and entertainment. A safe and warm place to lounge, recover or just relax and enjoy all Alaska has to offer. Will definitely check on availability when I return to Anchorage.

Overall this was a great rental. The place was very clean, had a reserved parking spot, and was well-marked. I appreciated that I could bring my dog with me. This is a basement-level apartment and the sound-proofing between the ceiling and upper level is not great- we could hear people walking around, banging, etc. It did not disturb our sleep but was a bit concerting when we first arrived. The location is conveniently located near UAA for events on campus.

Property was fine. Couches uncomfortable but beds we’re nice. Lots of noise upstairs. Communication was not good never got a response to my question about cost to add an additional night. Ended up having to move to another location.

We feel like we are home to our own house and we are comfortable and safe.

This was a great find. Not only was the property within a short driving distance to the hospital, it was close to food spots, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Would stay again!

I was in town for a minor shoulder surgery. This property was a great recovery location. The space was warm, cozy and quiet. The bed was super comfy which was so nice after my procedure.

Perfectly comfortable. We had some issues with parking but Maia addressed it quickly. This location was good for us while visiting my son on JBER. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless!!! It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Maia was an amazing host!!! She was very responsive to all of our needs!!! I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a nice, quiet place to stay in Anchorage!!!

The unit was perfect for a place to stay the night. My friend and I were in town for a competition. We spent little time in the unit during the day but would come back each evening, prepare a small meal, maybe watch a movie or play games, and then go to bed.It was clean, conveniently located, and quiet.It is not a vacation destination.

This is the best equiped rental I have stayed in. A full size fridge would be nice.

This little rental was the perfect place for my mom and I to rest before heading towards the Interior. Everything was neat and orderly and just as described. Thanks for a lovely, safe place to spend a couple of nights.

Good location great value

Comfy simple clean nice quiet place to stay for a few days! Appreciate the few small touches - nice towels, mirrors all around the place so they were easy to use, coffee. Close access to UAA campus.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Living room seating was comfortable as were the beds. “Dining Table” was not adequate. Kitchen was equipped reasonably well. Host responded quickly to our need for towels. Nice neighborhood and adequate parking.

Everything we needed. I appreciated the personal touch of keeping items on site that we might need. Soaps, laundry supplies, condiments, coffee & much more.

This little two bedroom was quiet & conveniently located so you can get pretty much anywhere in town within 15 minutes. The host was attentive and resolved a minor issue quickly. I would book here in the future.

Nice quiet neighbood, met all our needs.

This place is conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. Out activities were hiking and travel down to Seward for the glacier cruise. The neighborhood is slightly sketchy. But we had no problem during our stay. The rental itself is very clean and well-maintained. Its even stocked with frozen food and some coffee. I highly recommend it.
