WOW! Downtown Bentonville Condo Just Off The Square & Steps From Everything

Clean and very comfortable property. We had a wide range in outdoor temps during our visit from 80s to 30s. Never touched the thermostat as it stayed pretty much at 74 the whole time. It might have dropped to 73 inside on the coldest night. Never needed heat. The location is very conveniently located for walking everywhere you’d want to go. Only issue is the coded front door lock can be tricky to get open. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our trip to Bentonville a great one!

Perfect location to everything you could possibly want in downtown Bentonville! Trails, restaurants, Crystal Bridges, etc. The apartment is very clean and secure which we appreciated. Thank you.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere and had a great time!

They allowed us to check in one hour early which was helpful. Apartment was very clean and updated. Very comfortable. I really am only taking away one star because the elevator was broken and apt is on third floor. Not a huge issue for us but would have been nice to know beforehand if we had any physical issues making stairs difficult.

Wonderful from the start. Easy process. Super clean. Well appointed. Perfect location for access to square and trails yet still private and quiet. I’ve stayed at another VRBO in this unit. This one was MUCH nicer! Perfect!!!

New, clean and spacious. Nice walk to downtown Bentonville, lots of eating places nearby. It was almost more space than we needed for 2 of us, but we didn't mind.The apartment provides K-cup coffee maker (although I had to You tube how to use it!), WITH creamer and sweetener (THANK YOU!). I only wish there was tea as well.Everything was clean and coordinated. If I really had to pick, it would only be that the sleeper sofa does sink in the middle. and the towels smelled a little mildewy. Someone just left them wet for too long. I just switched with another towel.Loved the games and the TV that had youtube TV, and free Roku, so we did not have to log into a personal streaming service. They provided lots of toiletries.Beds were comfortable, showers clean and good water pressure.

I highly recommend this condo. It is close (walking distance) to downtown which made our stay so much more fun. It was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to answer messages and helped us find great restaurants, etc. I plan to return. Great experience! Thanks so much!

Very nice stay. Everthing we needed!

The unit was immaculate. Lovely open kitchen/living area with 10' ceilings husband said he could happilt live there. I forgot to let VRBO know that the hall light by utility area was out. Also, we forgot to bring our favorite game, so we bought one at Walmart and left it there. Have fun with the Rummikubwas working, . (throughout, actually),

not sure why our party needed to make 3 phone calls to be able to open the door?! Finally we were told ‘pull then push…’definitely needs some kind of work, how do I know? I’ve built houses…But the super disappointment was when, in the parking lot space @ the front door in plain view of the video someone scraped our car, about a 3 foot rip. When we sought a video to substantiate a report he said he’d look. Never nothing but crickets after that. so your mileage may vary.

This was a lovely condo and we would definitely chose again. We have been several times to Bentonville and stayed at other VRBO properties but this will be our go to in the future. Location was brilliant - walking distance to the town square and excellent restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked and presented. There is an elevator to the third floor and this worked well for us. Highly reccomend this property.

Clean, well lighted, and comfortable place with easy access to the square and many good restaurants.

We have stayed at the unit on other occasions, and continue to find it clean and comfortable. Walking/riding access to the square and bike trail is a plus as well.

This beautiful property is the perfect location if you want to be centrally located in Bentonville.

This spot is incredible. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Check in and check-out was very easy and the host gave us really detailed directions. There are at least four restaurants in immediate proximity to the location and many more within a few blocks. We walked to Crystal Bridges and it was beautiful and easy. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was a lovely condo! It was impeccabley clean and comfortably decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. It was also a short walk to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

The host provided excellent communication and information for the checkin and checkout process. The property was clean and well furnished, was such a pleasant stay.

Very, very clean! The furniture and fixtures all look newly decorated. It is roomy. It is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils but you will need to obtain your own spices and food. It is very well located in within walking distance of cute boutiques, museums, trails, the Crystal Bridge Museum and restaurants. We especially liked the Italian restaurant only about two blocks away.

Perfect location! We biked on mountain bike trails. Walked to dinner each night. Super close to the square!

Perfect spot for a ladies weekend, loved that both rooms had a bathroom and it was beautiful decorated.
