Stayed Sep 1, 2023My son stayed at the house for several months while attending fire academy. We even extended his stay by several weeks. I can guarantee that anytime someone from our family needs to go to College Station we will be staying here. Amazing location. About 5 min from HEB. 10 min from A&M and 1 min to Teex. This house is clean and cozy. Everything you need is included with the house. You will not find a better house!!!
