During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day.

The Neighbourhood:
Very friendly neighbours. They know the house and are able to give support if needed. The neighourhood is very calm. Obere Wiese is a cul-de-sac street, no through traffic. Obere Wiese is on an elevated terrain, so you can enjoy some views and sense of space.

Getting Around:
Car or bicycle recommended to move around and to the supermarket, although the area around the house offers great hiking opportunities and can be used as starting point for extensive hiking and bicycle tours. Bus stop Kirchplatzl within 10min. walking distance.

Nearest places:
You will enjoy total tranquility in the Alps, with only a 10 minutes drive to hip Seefeld or precious Mittenwald and only 40 minutes away from historic Innsbruck or famous Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Munich city centre is only 1.5 hours away (drive or train).

Airports:
The nearest international airports are Innsbruck or Munich.
