Stayed Apr 13, 2024it's a nice place , I'd say the kitchen could be updated , but honestly , my wife made coffee otherwise we ate out . Only gripe would be to include more than one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag .

Stayed May 26, 2023Nice property in an area of the city near a lot of attractions. Very clean. Great communication with the management. Nice back porch area facing the center of the building. Only drawback is the street noise from cars and motorbikes for the street-facing bedroom. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay in Florence!

Stayed Mar 21, 2023If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it. The street noise goes on all day and doesn’t let up at night. The walls need cleaning and perhaps painting and the towels were dingy. The worst thing by far though, was the traffic noise. The people upstairs could be easily heard as well. I would not recommend this place.

Stayed May 15, 2022Only downside was were provided 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl; no problem as we bought a 4 pack to leave for the next guests. Otherwise a great stay.
