No need to have an automobile while visiting as this area is perfect to explore by foot, bike, or scooter. Walk to downtown, India Point, Marina, Riverwalk, Brown, RISD, Benefit St, Wayland Sq or Thayer St in minutes. Eat, shop & play right outside the front door. Perfect location to visit colleges!

THE SPACE

Situated above a beloved neighborhood tavern, this urban apartment has been fully remodeled and professionally designed with beautiful furnishings and fixtures. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and an extra comfy couch to lounge on along with a work desk and chair.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand new beds and plenty of space for your belongings. The kitchen and dining areas come with everything you need to make and enjoy a nice meal or your cup of morning coffee. The bathroom features a double sink with a full shower, tub, and plenty of cabinet space.

The apartment houses large stackable washer and dryer units available for guest use. Access the outdoor deck off the main bedroom with plenty of space to enjoy a meal or sip a drink and enjoy the collective festive energy of the neighborhood.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entire apartment and private outdoor deck. Guests are not permitted in the back outdoor seating courtyard that belongs to the tavern unless they are patronizing the establishment. The back door off the apartment that leads to that area is for emergency exit only.

This apartment is located above a tavern. You may hear noise on a busy night or weekend event. The building is very well built and has double pane windows, but it is impossible to block all sound.

The outdoor deck sits above the tavern's patio seating area, so there may be noise while the patrons are outside eating, drinking, and smoking. This is a very busy neighborhood that often has events. Parking is very tight on the main road. You may not be able to find a space directly in front of the building and oftentimes will have to park on the side streets.

We provide an overnight parking pass that will allow you to park on the street for free. This pass must be returned at checkout. There is no overnight street parking in Providence without a permit. There is no elevator in the building so you must climb stairs to reach the apartment.

Please Note:

- Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them.

    Fantastoc location in vibrant neighborhood. Spring was in bloom and it afforded us some great simple walks by the river.The only downside qas the tavern below which was semi-noiey at bight, but also started some loud music at 7am while we assume the cleaning service or deliver service was working.
