The Space:

Inspired by its tropical surroundings, this light-filled apartment combines contemporary comfort with relaxed coastal styling. The living area provides a comfortable place to gather, whether you're enjoying a movie night on the 65-inch Smart TV or relaxing with a book. The dining space connects seamlessly with the kitchen, making shared meals and entertaining effortless. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, generous preparation space and everything needed to cook at home with ease.



With views across the shared pool and Esplanade parklands, the spacious covered balcony creates an ideal setting for outdoor living. Complete with a Weber BBQ and space for alfresco dining, it's perfect for slow breakfasts, afternoon refreshments or relaxed evenings enjoying the Cairns climate. The shared in-ground pool below provides a perfect spot to cool off and embrace the tropical lifestyle.



Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully appointed with its own air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe, creating a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The primary bedroom enjoys direct balcony access, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom offers added flexibility and can be configured as either one king bed or two king single beds on request. Two well-appointed bathrooms, including an ensuite, provide added convenience, while the separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes longer stays easy.



Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. Free street parking is available. Access is via a secure-coded front gate.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with access to the shared in-ground pool. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Positioned along the northern end of Cairns Esplanade, this apartment offers easy access to some of the city's most popular waterfront attractions. Directly opposite, the Esplanade's scenic walking and cycling paths stretch along the shoreline, while nearby parklands and the popular Fun Ship playground provide plenty of space for families to enjoy. Start the day with coffee at Guyala Café, enjoy a relaxed meal at one of the nearby waterfront restaurants, or take an evening stroll along the foreshore. The lush Cairns Botanic Gardens are just a short drive away, offering walking trails and tropical landscapes to explore. Cairns Marina can be reached in approximately nine minutes by car, providing access to reef tours and island adventures. The city centre is also within easy reach, where you'll find shopping, dining and attractions including the Rusty’s Markets, Cairns Aquarium and Cairns Art Gallery.



Getting Around:

Parking: Free street parking is available directly outside the complex.



Airport: Cairns Airport is approximately a four-minute drive away.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is around a seven-minute walk away, providing convenient access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

Amenities

We provide a generous amount of amenities as a start up for your stay. These include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishwasher & laundry sheets, toilet paper, tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee & sugar. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to top up to suit your needs.



Linen/Towels

Our linen is hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.



Bag Storage

Bag storage before or after your stay is available at Stasher Luggage (next to The Jack Hotel), 52 Spence Str, Cairns.
