We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).

▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.

▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.

▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.

▻ Pet Policy – We’re happy to welcome pets! A $140 non-refundable fee applies, plus $50 for each additional pet. This helps cover the extra deep cleaning to keep the home fresh for all guests.



▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.

▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)

▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.

    Look no further! This condo is absolutely perfect! Nestled in the heart of Whiskey Row and steps from Yum! Center. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need for a home away from home stay. The entire building was secured and we felt very safe. I can’t say enough good things about our host, John. His communication was exceptional! Treat yourself to this condo!

    The home is located in a safe, pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the Ohio River, which can be seen from the living room and kitchen windows. We were in town for just one night for a funeral, and this was a quiet, comfortable place to unwind after a difficult day.Our only minor concerns were a few cabinets with dried food, no sheets provided for the pullout sofa, and wet towels left in the dryer, which meant we only had one towel per bed.Overall, it was a good stay and a peaceful retreat given the circumstances. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

    I changed my email address in the Vrbo app before booking this property, which caused a technical issue when communicating with the host and receiving the check-in details. I spoke with Vrbo, and they communicated with John to inform him of the situation, and he responded promptly. This was on a Sunday and just hours before we planned to travel to Louisville, so I was grateful for his speedy response. The check-in process was straightforward, the property was clean and included every amenity. The best part was the location right on Whiskey Row. As I mentioned, we were traveling on a Sunday for a show in Louisville that night, so Old Forester wasn't open (right next door!), but I would definitely stay again to visit the distillery and explore the area more.

    Our electric doorlock died not long into our stay so we had to leave the flat unlocked everytime we left for most of our trip or risk being locked out. The management was unable to get someone in to change the batteries for the duration of our trip.

    Where do I even begin? My stay was nothing short of amazing. If I had the chance, I would’ve extended my time without hesitation. The directions were clear, and while the property can be a bit of a maze to find, the journey was well worth it. The layout of the space was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I can’t wait to return and hope it will be available for me and my family again in the future.     We had a thanks giving dinner with our Adult children. Room was perfect and liked the open lay out between dining and living room. One thing that was missing was no dish cloths or dish towels or dishwasher soap. Also I think I left my Apple Watch there. Could you check with cleaning people and see if they found it. Thank you.
