C. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Toiletries including linens, sheets and towels will be provided based upon number of guests listed on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed.

D. Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees).
$100 pet fee for reservations 1-7 days. $15 daily pet fee for reservations 7+ days.

E. Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed.
Violators are subject to penalties and will ask to vacate immediately.

F. Security cameras onsite (exterior) with audio recording 24/7.

01. Do you accept pets If so, what are the fees
Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, $100 pet fee for reservations 1-7 days. $15 daily pet fee for reservations 7+ days.

Yes. Early check-ins are available subject to listing availability. Please send us a message with arrangements request.

It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.

04. Do you have a late check out
We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.

05. Is this a private property
The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm to better assist you with your check in or throughout your stay. Weekends our staff is available on emergency-calls only.

19. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests
For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. Any requests received, other than emergencies, after 6:00pm, will be handled and addressed the following business day.

21. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost
Parking is first come first serve, complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. One parking space per booking only.

    20 mins before check in, I called the “host” because we STILL didn’t get instructions on the How to check in. The host was EXTREMELY rude, and said they were about to reach out to me to cancel my reservation. I still haven’t received my full refund and heard back from anyone about this. The host stated the roof was leaking. So BEWARE of this listing for potential mold and last minute cancelation. We were stranded in Tampa, with no where else to go 4 hours away from home. I ask why wasn’t I notified earlier and he stated the cleaner just go there and noticed it. I asked why was the cleaner just there and not at 10am when check out is required. He stated it only takes a few minutes to clean a 2 bedroom apartment and started getting very defensive. Stay away!

    We never got to stay here suppose to be getting a refund according to our host who notified us 15 minutes before check in that our rental was not available due to plumbing issues. Was not happy and I understand issues but could have let us know that earlier. I book a lot with Vrbo and always pleased. Hope you can help by getting our refund back to us. Thank you.

    This property is perfect. Great location, every where you want to go is near (5-30 min away). Clean, quiet, great neighborhood.

    The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to get in and out. Nice place...nice courtyard. It was close to hotels, restaurants and downtown yet on a quiet street. Close to interstate and the airport too!! We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who needs a really nice place at a great value.

    The entire place has this really strong damp smell. We had to wash all our clothes when we got back home. The main couch needs cleaning as well It looks like this place gets rented a lot, so lots of people traffic on this couch.

    Didn’t get check in info until I messaged several times. Surface things look nice but then you notice things are off. Can barely open microwave door, it is not installed properly, I was afraid it was going to break.

    This is a great property all around! The pictures accurately depict the space, it has easy parking, secure gate and door entries, adorable seating area in the courtyard and close to everything! The property manager was responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!
