Like easy access to property. Plenty of room. However the bed was very hard. Needed more towels for shower. Only had 1 for the 2 of use. There were plenty of smaller towels. Front door also seems not to open all the way. Rubbed on the floor. But the security was very nice.

Host was easy to communicate and home was in a good area

The property was easy to find. Janine was very responsive to my messages and check in was so easy. The house is cute, quirky, and comfortable and there are some beautiful antique stores right around the corner. We had game night and movie night at the house after long days of walking around KC. I would stay here again!

We booked this trip for a Girls weekend in KC. THe floors in the house are not level, causing some feeling of vertigo and doors unable to remain closed. The bunk-beds in one room creak loudly, went to use pull-out couch and found mouse droppings, multiples. We contaced our host and she was very responsive. We requested a refund. She was able to refund us her share but we are waiting to hear from VRBO.

We loved the games provided, the space was perfect for our little family. We even found a park near by to enjoy the fireworks at!!

As advertised - located in a good neighborhood for walking. Home was clean. Bunk beds a little wobbly but overall a great experience. Would stay here again.

Wonderful experience for my first time. The house was cozy as described in the advertisement. Older home with nice updated modern kitchen appliances and bathroom. It is located in an older arts community. Charming, quiet and safe neighborhood with polite people out walking their dogs, running and riding their bikes. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 5 minutes to the freeway for quick access to the city and to Lawrence for ballgames. Enjoyed our stay, and the only thing i would recommend would be adding a small washer and dryer. run

A few things that weren't ideal but in general this place served it's purpose as a place to come back to and relax at the end of the day. Would have liked to not had my friend walking through my bedroom to use the restroom but that is unfortunately how it goes when you have 4 guys staying here. All in all communication was great and we enjoyed our staygot what we wanted it if it.

the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that.

The property inside was very uneven the floors were uneven throughout and there were many trip hazards and fall hazards especially the front steps coming up and going down of the porch that is. The shower sprayed water everywhere and the door was hard to shut completely there could be some improvements there

Great house. Had to come back well after dark every night and never felt unsafe. Great location close to lots of shopping and dinning options.

The property was just what we needed. Everything was clean, it was in a great location, the kitchen was stocked with necessities to make quick meals, and we were able to feel safe for our stay in a nice neighborhood. Communication was easy with the host as well.

The property was comfortable four adults and the neighborhood was quiet. The proximity was close to Downtown KC, which is why we chose this location for our trip.

The property was beautiful and just the right size for the two of us! It worked well as a home base while spending an extended weekend in KC. Host was very good about providing information, and contacting us to check in on to make sure our needs were met. Kitchen was fully stocked and was very useful to cook a few meals. We will be staying here again!

Everything was good except we couldn't get the TV to work.

Stayed here for softball tournament. Within 20 minutes of fields( multiple locations). Good shops within walking distance. Save & clean

My 78 year old father and I stayed at this property and were disappointed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and my Dad woke up with a aching back. The front storm door slammed shut on my hand,its like a trap,I dont get it. The front porch smells like cat urine and the back was full of garbage. The floors are unleveled and doors dont latch closed. The property was also advertised as 3 bedrooms when it was only 2. The location was great, but the stay,not so much.
