Stayed Mar 6, 2026We loved the location just a block from Haywood Road in funky west Ashville! Don’t miss breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe or drinks at The Low Down. Both super walkable. Downtown is 10 min drive. We brought our pup and she was right at home. Above garage apt in back of main house was quite and well provisioned. Clean and comfy!

Stayed May 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay of four days in Jennifer's guest house. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, and the West Asheville location can't be beat. The provided pictures do give an accurate picture of the property. Communication with Jennifer was great, and check-in couldn't have been smoother. The WiFi and TV both worked fine. Just one FYI... the kitchen wares/pantry supplies are pretty rudimentary, so anyone wanting to do any real cooking might be a bit challenged. But, overall a wonderful place. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 3, 2024The properties in a good location within walking distance to lots of places. The driveway is a little tight. If you have a bigger sized car, you may have to park on the street. Overall I would definitely recommend.
